Very Disappointed, I called to have my windshield replaced due to a Crack. Upon calling multiple places, I called SoFlo best price autoglass which was true he did beat the competition in price, I decided to go with them. AZ shows up very polite I'll give him that, but that's far as I'll take it. His work is very unprofessional, after the windshield was put in he had blue painters tape around the window he said to leave it for 3 hrs to let cure, I went to the casino for about 5 to 6 hrs so more then enough time come home remove the tape to only to find scratches along the top where he cut with a knife or razor the old adhesive. Which to mention aren't old or weren't there. I'm the first and original owner of the car it's a 2021. Never had the windshield replaced. There wer black finger prints all along on my white cloth interior. I drove the car I hear wind coming in the the windshield, I called him he said he was sending someone out. Noone showed for hours called and he kept rejecting the call texted me said he was in a meeting someone would be out never showed at the end of day he said he was gonna come next morning because his techs wer out the way and it would be best for tomorrow we decided on 915am it's now 1123am no show still no answer. He don't have a crew or techs the tech is him all threw the same number. Don't be fooled like I was i paid 400 cash and it's still not right....

Stay far! The first quote he gave me was $550 in writing. Two months later is turned into $595. He was on his phone the whole time he was installing my glass. He cracked the exterior housing under the windshield. He left the old cracked glass on my neighbors lawn. The new glass at 50mph sounds like I have my windows down. You can see the rubber trim around the glass on the interior of the car. He said he would come and fix the problem 5 days ago and still has not showed up. Now they no longer answer my messages or phone calls. My expensive car sounds like a Toyota Yaris at this point. The shop that is willing to fix his mistake says this is not the first time they have to fix bad installation from SoFlo glass. They even said he has previously installed the wrong glass on people’s cars. You get what you pay for and this is surely and example of that. Amazing service! Car was broken into and needed a window asap. Waited hours for another company that canceled last minute just before 5pm. I called numerous places only to be told no one would be able to get the glass this close to closing. I reached out to automotive replacement glass and got so lucky. Not only were they at the warehouse so they could pick up the glass, but they were willing to extend their work day and come do the job immediately. They were so kind, professional, and fast. We had a new window within an hour. I hope we don’t end up in a situation where we need auto glass replaced in the near future but if we do they will be my first call. Highly highly recommend.

I am extremely grateful for this company! My mom and grandmother were stuck on the road for hours waiting for a tow truck bc something had hit their windshield while driving. this company is not good with any promisses because we do a deal for replaciment with 2 windows glass for my work van 2018 fort transit, the come on the morning and told the second window glass is came later today and he can finish the job, but when i call him to asking about the second glass and finish the job here try to scrow me wiht the price $386+125 labor but the previus estimate is $500,00 with both window glass, i will never used this people any more
