Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Initially, the service request process was smooth—the representative I spoke with was friendly and professional. However, things quickly went downhill once the first technician (Aaron V) arrived. He informed me that my Audi required OEM glass from the manufacturer, which meant the appointment had to be rescheduled until the correct glass was ordered and insurance approved the additional cost. This caused an unnecessary delay of over a week—something that should have been anticipated by a company familiar with vehicle requirements like Audi’s. After confirming my rescheduled appointment for Friday, June 27 between 9 AM–1 PM, no one showed up. When I called, I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and would have to wait another day. Despite missing two days of work, I agreed—on the condition that I be the first appointment, which was guaranteed. Again, no one arrived by 9 AM. I called and was told the tech wouldn’t arrive until closer to 11 AM—well past when I needed to leave for a prior commitment. I canceled the appointment. A technician later called and asked for the chance to make it right, and to his credit, he did. He installed the windshield quickly and professionally. Just when I thought the worst was behind me, I went to my dealership for calibration—only to find out I owed $1,050 out-of-pocket, despite being told by NuVision there would be no out-of-pocket cost. I called customer service again and was on hold for over an hour. To top it off, the $150 gift card and dinner for two they advertised as a thank-you incentive? Still haven't received either. This entire experience has been a frustrating, time-consuming mess. I will never use NuVision again and will strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

The tech arrived 15 minutes before the appointment ended and then took an additional 2 hours to complete the job. When I asked how long he would be he said “2 hours I can’t take back time I’m here now do you want it done or not” he then had me take the cover off the tailgate at 9 months pregnant. After he “did the job” He then left glass all the in bed of the truck and in the backseat of the truck, when I asked if he was going to dispose of it he told me he doesn’t have a vacuum that he could dump it in my driveway, to which I advised please don’t do that. I walked inside to take a phone call when I walked out he was sweeping the glass into my yard, and all over the driveway after I asked him not too. Small pieces of glass covered my yard and driveway, they had the tech come back and he still didn’t clean it up. A manager came by the next morning and cleaned up the glass to which we were thankful for. We then noticed he put the glass in wrong on the truck and wires are sticking out. All we were offered was $50 compensation. I had to call out of work because he was so late and then I couldn’t drive the vehicle due to the glass everywhere, I’m due in the next week so that was extremely stressful not having a way to the hospital if something unexpected happened. The customer service from the manager was amazing but i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They quoted me a one day turn around time that took a week, the tech was extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable, and I got a call the next day after the manager left asking if I need a tech to come out. Their communication is not together and made this such a stressful situation. Especially if you have young kids do not use this company at all!!

I recently had to get my windshield replaced, and I was dreading the whole process. I'd heard horror stories about shoddy workmanship and sky-high prices. Scheduling was a breeze, and they even offered mobile service, which was incredibly convenient. The technician arrived on time and was professional and efficient. He took great care to protect my car's interior and exterior during the replacement. The new windshield looks fantastic, and the installation is flawless. Carlos’s Sanchez was in the area fixing someone else’s window and after came into my office asking if we had any cracks on our windshield that needed to be repaired. Lo and behold, I had a huge crack on my windshield and had spoken to my spouse about needing to contact safelite auto glass to have my windshield repaired ASAP the day before. I didn’t have to go anywhere because Nu Vision came to me. The process was seamless. Carlos was very professional, kind and assisted me with the process every step of the way. My window was fixed the following day by Will, who was also professional and pleasant to work with. It feels great to drive again with a new windshield. They were able to get my windshield with the jeep logo on it which was exciting! I recommend Nu Vision to everyone! They definitely take pride in what they do. As a business owner it was great to see. Thank you Carlos and Will!!

I was supposed to have my windshield replace... tech came out destroyed my molding and clips. He stated he we reorder all new stuff since they were damaged which I was cool with.. he install my windshield wiper backward and just lay the molding on the car ... I have another car so I could drive once again I was cool with waiting. Today I get a email they are cancel my appointment because they could find the clips or molding.. And told me they never touch my car or did anywork... I do have ring camera with 1hr 30 of him working g on my windshield. So now I have to find my own clips and molding and windshield... Customer Sevice sucks all the do is put u back in the ivr and act like they managers I will never ur this company no one care about your issue but u. This was my one and only experience with this company. SAVE YOURSELF DNT USE THEM

EDIT: the employee left broken glass ALL OVER my driveway and truck bed - told my fiancé he didn’t have a vacuum and left. My fiancé called in and complained, he then returned just to throw half of the glass into my yard. Management is supposed to be coming by the house tomorrow. Scheduled our appointment for today from “9am to 2pm.” Gentleman shows up at 2:00 and then tells my pregnant fiancé it’s going to take him about 2 hours. Proceeds to tell her that the bedcover needs to be removed (which it doesn’t), then stands and watches as she uninstalls it herself. Guy has been very rude since the beginning. We 100% won’t be using or recommending Nuvision moving forward.

* Quick and Professional Service: The technician, O’Neil C., was ahead of schedule and got straight to work. The repair was done fast, and the work was clean. No complaints there. * A-1 Customer Experience: O’Neil C. was easy to talk to and was cool with answering any of my questions. He made sure I was good to go before he peaced out. * The Final Product: The repair on the windshield is solid. You can't even tell there was a chip there in the first place. My ride is back to its old self.

Jose my representative was amazing! He was able to get me scheduled within 10 minutes for next day service. He had amazing customer service and was with me every step of the way. Steve my technician was just as excellent. He was extremely nice and kept me at ease the entire time being he was full of knowledge. He was on time, friendly, and worked efficiently. The quality of the replacement was excellent, and he made sure everything was clean before he left. This company rocks! I had a cracked windshield and they came the following day and replaced it. Left my car looking new. They’re fast too. Less than 45 minutes and my windshield was good as new. Tony is awesome. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company. And the agent ( Sofia) that set me up for the appointment was awesome too. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Keep up the great work!
