Good experience until..... it was a NIGHTMARE Installed a non oem windshield - water gets into the car ruining the camera system behind the review mirror. They came back & installed a new window, but the cameras (over 2k just for the replacement part) was completely ruined. They owner said they roof drains caused the water leak which was already cleaned & not clogged. The owner refused to accept to file a liability claim to fix his own issue, I had to figure this out on my own. After taking the care to BMW dealer, to replace the camera, windshield, & labor.... we're talking over 7k! Next step? Better business bureau!

Although I didn't purchase any services, Tamara showed great communication skills and was real and trustworthy. If we weren't just driving through she would 100% have my business. She informed me that post windshield install it's advised to not drive long distances before it can set. She chose our satisfaction over her profit. A big corp would have taken our money. The customer service was outstanding I dealt with the owner directly and she was so nice and professional. She got my information for my car on Thursday and someone was coming out by Saturday.
