I recently had to replace the windshield on my car due to a crack that had spread across the glass. After doing some research and asking for recommendations from friends, I decided to go with Real Auto Glass. The process was fairly straightforward. I called the company and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. On the day of the appointment, a technician arrived at my house and began the replacement process. The technician was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The replacement itself took about 45 min, and when it was finished, the technician showed me the new windshield and explained some basic care instructions to ensure that it would last for as long as possible. The quality of the new windshield was excellent, and I was relieved to know that my car was once again safe to drive. Overall, I had a positive experience with the windshield replacement process. After having trouble scheduling with a popular glass company for a windshield replacement, I found Real Auto Glass via Google search. On a call, I had to leave a message, but a prompt return call came later same day. I scheduled a mobile install for two days later in the AM. Tech (Oscar) called me to give a heads up he was on his way as promised this morning, arrived at agreed window of time, and an hour later install was done. Competitively priced for the job as well. Couldn't ask for anything more or better. Thank you!

It has been such a pleasant experience since my call. My cracked windshield was replaced by Fabiano who is very professional and very kind person. My windshield cracked when my husband tried to defrost it with a blast of hot air. Lesson learned to avoid extreme glass heating and temperature changes. Thank you Fabiano for a great job! Thank you also to a lady on the phone who arranged my windshield replacement the same day I called and gave me a lower price than other places I called. I highly recommend Real Auto Glass.

The day that I called them they were super professional. Liz was super helpful and called me with all updates. It took Safelite two weeks to try to get me my window and it took them only one day to come out to me at my house. Victor provided excellent customer service when setting up the appointment for my autoglass installation. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I am Amazed at how awesome and quick this repair was. My back windshield was broken but thanks to Oscar, he made my windshield look brand new again and I am extremely happy! He paid such great attention to detail, he was extremely quick and he even vacuumed the excess glass from the ground! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you guys so much again!
