Rob of Set Autoglass was extremely helpful in installing my new windshield recently. It's been a few years since I've needed a replacement so I was unfamiliar with the process, but Rob explained everything thoroughly to me along each step of the way. The insurance company gave us some hoops to jump through, but Rob took care of it and we communicated mostly through text as we moved through the claims process. My car typically requires window moulding/garnish replacements whenever the windshield is replaced that he was able to get approved at no cost to me, and also helped me in getting the new windshield tinted as well. Many installers are unfamiliar with the mouldings, especially the install, but everything was done properly and by the book. All in all, I am pleased with Rob's work and the job was well done. I recommend Set Autoglass if you are looking for a competent & professional installer!

Today, I had a wonderful experience getting to meet with Rob. Upon calling him yesterday afternoon about a crack in my windshield, he was very polite and sounded very respectable over the phone. I asked simple questions about getting my windshield fixed and he was already in the process of purchasing the necessary items needed for the job. In the end, it was easier to have him replace my windshield, and within 24hrs he had a new window for me with a wonderfully done tinted strip at the top he had done himself. He shared tips and tricks to look for on my car, cracked jokes here and there, as well as, getting to know each other a bit personally. Meeting him in person definitely left me with a great lasting inspiration and I would definitely recommend him and choose him for anything, "come what may," in the future.

I was given the runaround for two weeks with satélite… I looked up “Set Autoglass” and from the first interaction I felt an ease of stress. I contacted my insurance company and they agreed that Set Autoglass was one of there preferred vendors and I would be very impressed. And that I was very professional cared about my feelings and assured me that what I experienced with the other company would not happen with them. If you want a peace of mind that your in great hand I suggest that you contact them for your windshield or glass repair. Also just wanted to add that satélite is a mobile service but they told me they weren’t. I called yesterday today my service eta is 1030. This company deserves at 10 star to say the least . I called Rob after my car was broken into while on vacation in Florida. He was very quick, got the materials and had both windows replaced the same day! He drove to me, replaced them on spot and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was very friendly, professional, cleaned the broken glass from my vehicle, replaced both front windows, was very thorough while explaining everything and made sure everything was to my liking before finishing up and heading out. I don’t live in the area, but I would surely recommend him to anyone needing help with glass-work. His customer service is excellent and he was extremely nice and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of.

I had my scratched windshield replaced by Set AutoGlass. Rob was extremely pleasant to work with. He was prompt to answer my texts, accommodated my schedule and came out to my home to replace the windshield on the weekend three days after I initially contacted him. The job took two hours to completed and the new windshield was installed precisely and with added upgrades that I wasn’t even expecting. One day after work, I noticed that I had a crack that I felt needed to be dealt with sooner, rather than later. I decided to reach out to Rob, who was recommended to me by my Mother and twin brother. Rob was professional, he was funny and easy to talk to. Most of the time you will get work done by someone that is more robot than human. Rob did an incredible job and he installed an even better windshield on my car than that which came with the car. He also cleaned my mirrors and the other windows on the car, when that was not necessary. If you need windshield work of any kind, done to your car, definitely reach out to Rob at Set Autoglass. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner Dan doesn’t know what he is doing. He promised he knew how to calibrate a car after removing the windshield. After he left codes went off about the windshield and safety functions. Those codes weren’t there before. The safety features were functioning normally. He lied, he blames it on other codes. Get this, codes he said he saw before he completed the work in his pre inspection but yet he blames them. He didn’t tell us about them. He didn’t pause to warn us.. He just went forward so he could get his money. Now everything is messesd up and he somehow blames us. HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. You just wants money. Very sad.

Rob is absolutely fantastic! We were able to file the claim with our insurance and he was out TO OUR HOUSE in two days time. He makes sure he goes the extra mile for his clients by completely working around their schedules! It is 10:09pm and he just finished with my Toyota Tacoma and he is headed to another client whose schedule is very restricted, but he is making it work. He kept me up to date if his arrival time was altered, and when he set the windshield, AND when it would be safe to operate my vehicle. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Rob is exactly the kind of friendly face people need to see when something as scary as their windshield is damaged.
