Hello All, living here in SW Florida post Ian we’ve all noticed a huge drop in customer service, companies showing up on time, or honoring their pricing etc…. Well, I can tell you first hand that we received exceptional communication, customer service, and timely installation of my front windshield. They quoted me a price the first time I called them and we scheduled a time for home installation. Unfortunately I got an emergency come up and had to delay which Chelsey (customer service) was happy to accommodate! Rescheduled and they showed up right on time, came to my house and installed within 30 minutes. FIVE STARS!! Excellent service, price, and workmanship!

Redline Auto Glass deserve 6Star and are by far the best company i have encountered in the glass business. Very considerate , Helpful and Friendly . It was a pleasant experience and Highly recommend ,even if they ain’t in your town i would suggest to still call them. They Helped me a lot in ways no other company would and i believe are part of the reason that make America Great. If you do trust my review i would say to always rely on them for any auto glass repair .

Great service from start to finish. The replacement process was smooth and the customer service was excellent. The replacement is looking fantastic. They were both friendly on the phone and face-to-face. Furthermore, the technician did an exceptional job calibrating the camera after the windshield replacement and checking for any lights that were on the dashboard. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing work. Very knowledgeable about older cars. Took great care during and after install. Explained every detail of what they were going to do. I had purchased some smoked class for the doors of my 79 Trans Am. Many other places would not touch the job because of the age of the car and the glass. The family and I was visiting Fl for vacation and while traveling i75 a rock flew up off the highway and cracked the windshield on my 2020 Subaru forester, called redline Autoglass and had a quote immediately, price was great and they were able to come to the hotel we were staying at. Highly recommend Redline for any automotive glass needs !

These guys have amazing customer service, great prices, and was very helpful in meeting our need for a new windshield! They worked around our schedule & got the job done quickly! Had them come out on a Saturday morning to replace my 2020 Ram 2500 passenger window and they were done under an hour. Greatly efficient especially acknowledging the fact that they’re willing to come out to you at no extra cost.
