Extremely satisfied with the work and the whole process! Highly recommend Real Auto Glass! Punctual and professional service from scheduling the appointment with Lisandra to having Christian come out to my house for windshield replacement! I was a bit worried about getting my windshield replaced, due to rain sensors, lane departure, and heads up display functions in my car; I had no choice but to replace the glass due to large crack from the stone hitting the windshield on the highway. I wasn't sure if everything would work the same way after the glass replacement. I was reassured by Christian, who performed the job, that all of the functions will work perfectly. He did an excellent job and everything works great after the install! It is very rare in today's world to find true professionals, that are punctual and courteous. Great service and knowledgeable employees. I thought I had a windshield leaking air and water, and was prepared to pay a significant amount to have it fixed. Lisandra (I hope I spelled her name correctly) worked with me to set up an appointment, and made sure that everything cane together. Christian came out (at exactly the time he was expected, I might add), did an inspection, and, rather than trying to rip me off, told me that everything was fine with the windshield. The air noise was due to a loose piece of metal trim. Christian removed the trim and replaced it...problem solved. 30 minutes, a very minimal charge, and that was it. And Christian was friendly and great to deal with. If I ever do need to replace a windshield, I'll be calling these folks again, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have used Real Auto Glass' Services twice now. First time for a windshield replacement and the second for a patch. They're honest and straight-forward in their evaluation of the issue and will explain why they need to do what they need to. Throughout both processes I never felt I was getting hustled or ignored. I was lucky that I did not need the windshield repairing on my car. I did however setup an appointment for repair thinking my windshield was leaking. The customer service and communication was great. They arrived within the time frame I was given and came with replacement glass. After looking at my car it was found the sunroof was not closing totally. I did not get charged for the call out and was given very good advice. I was very impressed by the way I was treated. I would recommend using Real Auto Glass based on the level of professionalism I received. Thank you for your help and advice. I can’t stress enough what a great company this is! To make a long story short, the dealership told me I needed a new rear window. Sergio came to my house, on time I might add, spent more than 40 minutes diagnosing the problem, and determined that the window was not the problem. He spent the time to show me exactly what was wrong, what was causing it, and was very respectful the entire time. I would also like to add that Liz in the office was also a pleasure to deal with; kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. Real Auto Glass was excellent they always answer their phones. Lisandra was so nice and knowledgeable answered all my questions. Took care of contacting insurance and immediately returned my call. They schedule appointment for following day. I scheduled for morning between 8:00 - 9:00 they called me at 7:30 and showed up at 8:00 Christian the owner and helper showed up they were very nice. Showed me glass first and noticed it was better quality glass than what Safe lite wanted to install. Totally recommend this company. Thank you to all at Real Auto Glass fantastic job.

Christian and his son, Chris, replaced the windshield on my 88 Corvette. This model corvette is notorious for being one of the most difficult windshields to replace. Further, some of the replacement trim parts necessary for the job are no longer available. These guys went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to source the parts to make sure I got a first class windshield installation. They're an absolute pleasure to work with, as well. I highly recommend.
