Fast service and seemingly decent job, but poor communication. My windshield needed to be replaced and I was just getting ready to leave on vacation so I left my car at my friend's house. Unfortunately Jessie Jones needed me to email them a copy of my driver's license and credit card to confirm the appointment, which I reluctantly did. I never received a confirmation response, but my friend texted me to inform me they completed the repair (the same day I requested service) but left no receipt. I emailed them to inform them I needed a response. Again no response. A week later when I returned from my trip I called. The man I spoke with was unapologetic and told me the person to handle the matter was out to lunch and to call back at 2pm. I did so and after seeming to be confused about who I was they determined I was legit and sent me an invoice via email a few hours later. Long story short, I would probably use them again if needed, but they really need to improve their communication skills.

This company is great and I highly recommend them. We use them for our semi windshields at work but a coworker told me they did his windshield on his Nova and I should go through them. My car is 19 years old so I don't have comprehensive insurance. They not only beat the prices of all their competitors, but they were actually cheaper after installation than Safelite was just for the glass itself. They came out to my work and asked me to unlock my car and they did the took care of everything. I forgot to take my Sunpass sticker off. They were so thorough not only did they take it off, they put it on the new windshield. If anyone needs their windshield done save yourself the time and money, just go through them.

1)Cracked my dash 2)Broke windshield washer hose located under under the a panel under wiper arm spline (you can't even get to it without disassembling the arms and panel removal. 3)The wiper arm mounting bolt cap on passenger side is gone (you know... I do wash my truck and look at those things, and it was there before). 4)Greasy finger prints all over Pillar posts and ceiling liner (which I cleaned and didn't complain about). 5) A small 1/4" scratch on edge of hood. Took the truck back to their shop, talked to Kenny, the windshield guru,and was basically dismissed. He just turned away and walked away from me! Don't ever, EVER, ever, let them even breath on your vehical!!!

Do not pay any of the negative reviews any attention as they are completely misleading. Jessie Jones has hands down saved my company time and money. I run a fleet of roughly 80 tractors and have an additional 97 coming through my terminal at any point in time. When I call Jessie Jones to replace a windshield, regardless of make/model, they have the part and are on site within a few hours. Great family owned business for glass replacement! I had the wrong windshield installed in my vehicle a year ago from JP Phillips auto glass, after speaking to Kenny on the phone several times he was very helpful, and was able to get the proper glass for my vehicle promptly and had it installed the next day! Their work was very detailed, neat and clean. My windshield was not easy having a camera system and rain system and removing about 20 plastics to gain access to glass! :) Thank You for all the help and work done :)

Most horrible first impression experience . I called this place to get info about replacing my car windshield and after discussing all details, I told the person who will perform the service that I will call him back after I check something. When I called back, another person picked up the phone and told me that they are no longer servicing my area . Just in 5 minutes. They are not willing to build customer satisfaction.

Great experience from stopping into their office and Jana quickly walked me right through the process of insurance claim and put me on the phone with them scheduled me for the next morning between nine and 930. Professional courteous clean truck/technicians showed up on time/30 minutes ahead of time had my windshield changed out in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend was an awesome experience.

Worse customer service ever. I would give them a zero start if I can. When you call to ask questions. This lady answers the phone and her demeanor is just negative. Very short not helpful at all. You ask to speak to someone else the attitude got worse. Never do business with them. I do not recomend this business.NegativeProfessionalism
