I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. When my wife and I called this place, they said that they had the windshield that we needed in stock. When we arrived, the individual who we spoke to on the phone said that they still did have the windshield in stock and charged us $300 for the new windshield and service. After paying, he said he would have the job done in 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, our car had not been touched. We asked another employee for an estimate and he said that it would be an additional hour wait. After roughly an hour, they drove our car into their service lot. About 45 minutes later, the employee returned our car to us unfixed and simply said "no luck, we don't have the windshield for you." It seems as though this place does not have an accurate count of what is and isn't in stock. After waiting to get a refund, the employee who originally told us two times that they had the windshield in stock kept saying that it isn't his fault and overall spoke in a condescending manner. Please do yourself a favor and find another busines for car services. ***EDIT After the owner has replied to this review saying that "we are sorry about the inconvenience but the the true problem you forgot to mention is that we asked and you told us that your car’s windshield doesn’t have rain sensors": The owner forgot to mention that before we ordered the windshield, the employee (Oscar) literally came out to inspect the windshield and confirm which one we actually needed to order despite seeing the rain sensors. He even said "Oh I see that you all have a rain sensor on the car" before ordering the part. As I said earlier, Save your time. They are not even taking responsibility for their mishap. In addition to my wife and I, there were also a large amount of other customers at the store who were asked to leave after waiting MANY hours to get their cars fixed. I called in to get pricing I spoke with one guy who was very nice and we got disconnected spoke with a different guy who was very rude I was trying to inform him the previous person wanted my number to send me info he went on to keep repeating him self when I informed him again he told me people keep calling different numbers n I don’t know what’s going on which isn’t a problem but he got loud n repeated the same numbers to me without taking my number down or bring nice like the previous representative . Went here a few weeks ago when I discovered car thieves had broken my CRV's rear window on the driver's side. Called and was able to be seen the very next morning. They (Tony and Melvin) were nice and professional when I arrived and waited for my car window to be replaced. They do offer mobile service which is great. They were very flexible with my schedule. Initially had an appointment on Saturday but my car was getting maintenance and had to reschedule for Monday morning. The gentleman came on time and worked very quickly and diligently. My biggest concern at first was price due to me not going through my insurance company, which tends to be more expensive but they gave me a fair price that was comparable to what my insurance company would have made me pay.

Half the price of Safelite and much faster availability, but when they replaced my broken window there was a lot of broken glass left in the door - you could hear it rattling when opening and closing the door, taking turns, and going over bumps - and some small glass shards left in the cupholder and on the seat. I came back and they cleaned it out for free, but it did require a second trip out and there was some grumbling about how it would be difficult to do.

Just had to leave a review! This morning I had a rude awakening and discovered my car got broken into last night and my right window was smashed in. I call them after my insurance said they wouldn’t cover it and they said they had my window they could see me and provided a reasonable quote I went in and they started working right away and vacuumed the car thoroughly. The whole thing took under 2 hours and I can’t thank their team enough!

Called the Glass Tire and Experts same day to fix window busted by car thieves. I was able to drop off my vehicle with Oscar with the great customer service and pick up my vehicle within 2 hours. Made the appointment first thing in the morning and then got a 12 noon appointment and then they showed up early. They vacummed my broken glass and finished everything within 35 minutes. Recommend ... hell yeah! Endes up cheaper than the quote i got from safelite. Just wished my insurance would have covered it. Lol!!!

Best in the city, I’ll be back to get more work done. ***Update March 2022*** Don’t get any detail work done here, they cut holes in 2 of my seats and broke my cup holder spring, not to mention they bleached my trunk and didn’t clean everything well. I change my 5 stars to 2 because of the spiteful detailing job.
