First of all . I called for 2 windows my back passenger door the big roll down window and the side small window. I asked how much for the windows he told me 4 something for both windows , I told him I did have four something, I had 300 on me now. He then say ok 286. I say ok come fix the window. I told him I’ll get the little window fix when I get paid in two days I believe. He NEVER !!! Said if you don’t get the window fix together the price is gonna be higher than the price today. I contacted him and ask could he come today and repair my window, he replied send address. I send my address to him he calls me and say I’m outside. I come outside he’s fixing my window with out telling me the price and LETTING ME!!! To decide if I wanted him to fix my Damn Window. I’m so upset at this point I’m on the phone standing there trying to stay calm because why are you on my car and we didn’t talk about any price or did I agree to pay the price. I’m not gonna say the work was not good. What I’m gonna say is that they make the customer pay the price of them just coming out to your vehicle and starting the work with out talking to you about the price or giving you the option to pay or decline to pay that price. I would not recommend them to anyone . I can imagine all the other WOMEN They hava Done THIS TO!!!!

A few weeks ago after I called another well known auto glass repair company, but no one called me back, I stumbled across Washington DC Moble Auto Glass. I called and Victor called me back right away. He was very friendly & concerned. I told him my rear view mirror on the inside of my car was dangling back & forth in my car. He was sooo nice & apologized that he couldn't come the day I called him,but he came early the next day. I told him I took it to the Dealership, but it came down about 2 weeks later. He said no problem. It didn't take long at all to fix it,& the price wasn't bad at all. When I met him, I could tell he was such a kind hearted person.
