I called, and he was able to schedule me the very next day. He was very professional and asked over the phone all the specifications of my vehicle, which made me feel very confident he would have the right windshield that would fit my vehicle. When arriving the next day, he arrived and was extremely professional and was able to explain the whole process during the installation. I would like to note that the same day my windshield was installed it snowed and since he said not to run it through the car was until 24hrs I took it upon myself to cover it over night since I have no covered parking. I have run it through the car wash since, and there are no leaks. Also, the lady who took payment over the phone was so pleasant and kind as well. I highly recommend this company and hope I won't need their services again but if I did I would Absolutely call them again. SO HAPPY!

On Saturday, October 11th, 2025, Tech Mr.Jeffery came out to my residence to replace the quarter glass on our 2015 Lincoln MKX that had been shattered in a unknown matter! Jeffery handled the job with an over whelming professional attitude from us making the order to have the glass repaired over the phone to the time he reported to our residence and repaired the window (quarter window on the driver side rear left) on the vehicle! I will recommend "The Glass Station LLC" to all who need glass work on their vehicle to anyone in need of this type of professional work, price was affordable and attitude awesome 👍😎 including time in completing the work was reasonable! Jeff, the owner, was awesome! He responded quickly to my emails and calls and eased a lot of my anxiety about timing to get my car fixed. I was having a hard time with the dealer and ended up canceling their service. Instead of having to oido my car up with no window and arranging a time to meet with Jeff, he offered to go directly to the dealers lot and fix my car there! It saved me so much time and energy. The price was also the most reasonable I found in the DC area. Since I was at work when he went to fix my window, he graciously sent me pictures and videos of the finished job. He also vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car from the original break in. I am very grateful.

My windshield was smashed with a brick by an unknown person in my own backyard parking area in Columbia heights. After I got over my initial panic and heartbreak, i learned that my insurance deductible is higher that the cost to replace. I was able to call around for some local auto glass shops for some quotes. Although the glass station wasn’t necessary the cheapest, it was definitely great quality work! He showed up early in the morning and went right to work after I greeted him. It took him around 30 minutes! I went back home to get ready for work. He looked like he knew what he was doing when I saw him through my window! Would highly recommend Jeff for all your glass needs!

Had my sister's car over the weekend and some less than desirable individuals broken into her car. I was referred to Glass Station DMV. I called today at 12:40 pm. Received a quote and other information I had about the service. Jeff showed up at 1:52pm and was done by 2:20pm. Fair price quote and customer service was great from start to finish. He vacuumed the broken pieces of glass and removed the bigger pieces. I say let the experts do what they do & he definitely knows his craft. I was getting ready to drive home to Pittsburgh from Washington, D.C., when I discovered that someone tried to steal my car and, in the process, broke my driver's side window. My windshield had a large crack from my wiper blade freezing to it this past winter and I needed it replaced soon to pass inspection at the DMV. I called on Tuesday and Jeff was able to immediately accommodate me the very next day at my house. His pricing is very reasonable. He already had the windshield ready for my van and was able to replace it, reattach the rearview mirror, and hook all the heat wiring back up within 30min. He takes credit cards as well which made it easy for me to pay. Excellent work, would be happy to call him again and would highly recommend.

The Glass Station provided impeccable, timely, and efficient service. My 740 BMW was vandalized. Glass was everywhere!
