After calling a few glass places and getting put on hold and then told to leave a message, I called Glass & Tire and the gentleman picked up on the first ring. He quoted me a price ($220) within a minute. He then texted me the address and the quote. I went there a few hours later. They had the window replaced on my car in about an hour and they vacuumed up the broken glass. Can't praise them enough. Next time, I call Glass & Tire first.

I’d like to share my experience with this auto glass replacement shop, where I noticed several concerning aspects regarding their service quality. First, the technicians lack high-level skills in glass installation. They were working on diagnosing my car without paying attention to its exterior condition, which was initially scratch-free. Additionally, they left fragments of broken glass inside the door, causing rattling sounds while driving. When I tried addressing these issues, the staff did not handle the situation professionally. After pointing out the misalignment in the glass installation, I was told to speak to management instead of the technician taking responsibility. Even when I spoke to the management team, I was informed that the owner was unavailable and advised to return the next day to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this shop might be suitable only for cars over ten years old, as their service level might suffice for older models. However, for newer cars, I would recommend seeking a more experienced shop that takes better care of details to maintain the car’s quality and appearance.

PAID FOR A DOOR REPAIR AND CAR RETURNED W/ BROKEN WINDOWS! It's disappointing that I have to leave this review because since December, no action has been taken to fix my windows. I've gone back to the shop at least 6 times (only to be turned away) and have been talking to at least 3 employees (including the owner) who have degraded me, hit on me, and gaslighted me with remarks such as: "Do you have a man in your life?" "People lie, your windows were broken before." "My guy told me you have an electric issue." Before giving them access to my car, I was told several times that they are professionals and that there is a warranty. I guess those were lies because here I am 4 months later still texting the owner at least twice a week. Also, my fuzebox was left dismantled and a razor was left on the floor. Thank God my child did not get to it. It's very sad and makes me wonder if I wasn't a woman and possibly even African, would I have been treated this way.

I have no hesitation recommending DC's Glass and Tire Experts on Nannie Hellen Borough Rd for auto body repairs They have now helped me out on several occasions when my car's passenger window winder broke, when my sun roof drains became blocked and most recently when my car was hit by a hit and run driver - see photos - and economically totaled. Glass and Tire Experts were able to rebuild the rear quarter of the car at an affordable price. Overall yes! If I ever need a window replaced and I hope I don’t ever again, or if a friend needs a recommendation Oscar and Melvin will be my go to. Car was vandalized/passenger window broken Friday night and by Sunday morning at 9a I was at their shop getting my window replaced. My friend found this shop on Saturday after searching numerous shops. Amazing price compared to using insurance aka Safelight….because they were taxing. 3 different men worked on my car but each person has a part in the replacement process. I only wished they swept the glass on the ground before I drove out/ or even drove in. Accepts all forms of payment which is great too.

Someone broke into my car last night which left so much glass everywhere. Not only did they fix my window perfectly they also vacuumed all of the glass out! Customer service is excellent. When the man in the office realized I had my toddler he ensured me he will prioritize to get me out faster & THAT HE DID! When it was done the worker stood in the street because I was parked in a blind spot he stood there until the road was clear for me to pull out! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hopefully I won’t have to come back anytime soon but this will definitely be the go to!

Melvin, Estefany, Oscar, Miguel and Marvin the rest of the staff were a delight! They were exceptional with customer service and making sure that i was in and out. From the phone call to the shop, they walked me through everything that needed to be done and the quote. This was of the line service. I was referred to this place by a close friend, and lets just say they did not disappoint. The time that it took to finish my window was mind blowing. They also offered other resources for maintenance. I will be recommending this place to everyone i know.
