I don't normally write reviews. My car was burglarized late one evening. I called first thing the next morning for a replacement front passenger window. They were at my house four hours later, did excellent installation work, and all for a fraction of the price that Safelight quoted me. They have my highest recommendation.

If I could leave less stars I would these people couldn’t install my elderly father driver side window so they falsely told him that the motor needs to be replaced and still charged him full price- I hope karma teaches them not to swindle elderly people- my father still has to take the car to the dealer to have the window installed correctly so if you don’t want to lose any money don’t use this company- bad business bad business they could’ve just charge my father for the glass since the guy didn’t know how to install it- bad business bad business highly not recommended

I scheduled an appointment to have my rear window replaced. The repairman never showed up. When I called to follow up, the customer service rep said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I realize that they are busy, but please just let me know that you can't take me as a customer. I ended up losing a day waiting around for a repair when I could've gone with someone else.
