I would strongly recommend this place if you ever need get a windshield fix! I went yesterday 3/2 and I didn’t know we needed to make an appointment so they couldn’t see me that day so the lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful she made sure that I didn’t make an appointment she went thru the computer and paperwork took her time to find out and was not bother by it at all. After she knew and seen o didn’t make an appointment she called her boss and he threw me on for the next day 3/3 with no problem at all and as early as possible. The next day 3/3 my appointment was at 10 the guy Danny called me at 8am and gave me the option to come there or have someone come to me I had to be somewhere by a certain time so I ask if he could come before noon he told me he call me back in 10 no later we hung up he called me back and said someone will be there before noon. I ask to be called before coming as well. Around 11:30 the guy called me told me he was 15mins away (which I loved had time to get myself together) he got here and did amazing work!! Very friendly explain everything to me very patient took his time on his work made sure he made it perfect. Didn’t rush at all. All in all what I’m saying is these people are very patient,Kind, and do excellent work they take proud in what they do! And definitely try to make their customers happy! I will be a returning customer if ever need be and I will definitely recommend people to them!!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

10/10 will recommend. A+ service and professionalism. My car was vandalize by a man on drugs. He destroyed my windshield, broke my wiper arm and ripped off my door handle. Very unfortunate for me because my insurance didn't cover because the total damages was under the price of my deductible. So I had to come out of pocket. Glory and praises to God Almighty who supply all. I mean I was upset but God gave me the peace and a heart to pray for the individual that damaged my car. But baby, Pro Bond pulled up on time and got right to work. Vacuum up all the glass and told me once I get the wiper arm to give them a call and they will install. I am so appreciative of great business. The icing on the cake was the quoted price of repair was cheaper then 4 other companies that I called. I called Monday they came out to repair on Tuesday and that was only because it rained Monday. I will recommend to all my family and friends

What can I say?! AMAZING. QUICK. PROFESSIONAL. SWEET. ORGANIZED. TIMELY. INEXPENSIVE. THOROUGH! From the receptionist who made my appt (and I was in a bind and a hurry) to the guy (Tim) who serviced my vehicle. Everything was immaculate. I called 5 other glass places and Pro-bond Auto was cheaper by at least $80 than the rest. THIS is who you call when you need your glass replaced for your vehicle. They came to my house and did a GREAT JOB! Please continue to send them business and speak openly (word of mouth) and publicly (Google & other rating platforms) about how great they are. This was my first experience with them and now I'm a lifetime customer!!!!! I love yall.

I had two windows replaced in my food truck last year by an individual Mike from KMAK, he had to come back to reset the windows because he didn't do the job right the first time, and apparently didn't do it right the second time, either, soooo......fast forward to me calling Tony and his team of experts recently to fix what Mike from KMAK messed up repeatedly....Tony and his well trained team are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very affordable. I wouldn't recommend anybody but Pro-Bond for all your window repair or replacement needs. Avoid KMAK and others that don't take pride in their work, Pro-Bond is the only company you need.

Safelite ordered the wrong windshield, so I tried these folks instead. Not only did they put the glass in super fast, when my airbag light came on for a some unknown reason, the owner took me a few doors down to Malik's Auto Repair to make sure no sensors were causing the problem. I was just passing through from Virginia, but they took care of me like family and charged a fair price. Best place to replace glass in the east coast in my book. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience and a pleasure doing business with this company. Absolute best price within 100 miles for my Rav 4 & prompt service with a quick response and follow up after not having time on the schedule the day I initially called, but showed up the following day on time. Also worked with me with payment and took some cash and the rest by card. Very convenient and considerate..! Thanks again and I’ll be happy to do business again if needed..!!

I called Pro-Bond Auto Glass at 1:30 PM to repair the shattered driver’s side window on my Mustang. Repairman Tony showed up before 4 PM the same day and had the whole job completed in less than an hour. Price was VERY reasonable and I have had no issues with the repair in the weeks since. I highly recommend this company, based on price, timeliness and quality of the repair. Thanks Pro-Bond.

Tony from Pro-bond Auto Glass in new Castle, will come to you, and repair OR replace! My family has used him for years. He is always about $40 cheaper than Safelite! I don't trust them because they send different people. You get Tony every time you ask for him. He's the owner! Plus, HE comes to YOU while you are home or work! So convenient!

I had 2 guys from Pro-Bond Auto Glass come to my house, they Introduced themselves, said how long it would be, took the time to answer my questions, and finished with a smile. Danny replaced my cracked windshield with.expertise and he was a cool bro, professional, pleasant and friendly. Really enjoyed my bro!
