Starbright Auto Glass

Took our Tacoma to reseal the windshield which seemed to have a small leak. They water tested it several times and could not replicate. They did not reseal the windshield, which I'm sure others would have, but instead advised that leak was not from the seal. They did not even charge for the labor to do the tests. Honesty is not the norm anymore, unless you go see these guys. Soo impressed by them. Thanks Atula & Edward for the great service. I will surely come back to see you if I need anything else.

I do a ton of interstate travel for work. I put off replacing my (worsening) cracked windshield because I was convinced I’d have to pay an arm and a leg. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend!! Both my husband and I had our windshields replaced the same week. I called for an estimate and we were able to get an appointment the very next day. The service was quick and our installer was thorough making sure we understand every step. After my install actually less then 24 hours later I was unlucky enough to have a rock hit my newly installed windshield and needed a repair 😩. I contacted the shop and was immediately scheduled to have it fixed. All ready to go into the shop I was surprised to learn someone would actually come to my home in New Jersey to fix my windshield saving me a trip across the bridge 🥳. The total repair took less than 20 minutes. Atula (I’m sure I’m spelling his name wrong) contacted my insurance and I had no out of pocket expense. AND I even learned that my insurance will be able to cover my replacement so I will be fully reimbursed for my original expense. While I hope I never need a windshield replacement again you guys are definitely saved in my phone to use again if needed. I recently had the headache of having to deal with getting a chip in my windshield from a rock or something coming off the highway fixed. Fortunately Starbright Auto Glass exists and they were able to quickly and easily take care of all my problems. I couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. Despite my last-minute appointment request, they managed to fit me in quickly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel valued as a customer. Not only was the service done with remarkable speed, but the quality of workmanship was truly top-notch. They took the time to explain the entire process, including the option to go through my insurance, which I found very helpful. I live about 30 minutes away, but I had heard great things about this company, so I was more than okay with driving the distance to use them. While I hope not to need their service again, I would gladly make the journey if needed and wholeheartedly encourage others to do the same. My work truck needed a new windshield. I went on Google to look up companies that possibly would come out to my house but also had good reviews. I came across Starbright with all 5 STAR ratings so I decided I would call them first. After speaking with Atulla, I knew I wouldn't need to make any further calls. They weren't able to come to my house but still didn't change my mind whom I wanted to do the work. They were timely with appointments and SOOO POLITE!!! The install took about an hour; exactly what I was told when making the appointment. These guys are great! I needed my 98 Ford Ranger's windshield replaced. They gave me an estimate lower than most of the others I had received. Since I live only about a mile from the shop, the owner offered to give me a ride back home after leaving my truck at the shop for repair and when the work was completed, to give mea ride back. On the way back to the shop the owner told me the job had been more difficult and required more time than expected. The windshield had been replaced previously. The work had been done poorly and with the wrong adhesive causing the seal to leak and rust to form The rust and old adhesive were difficult to remove. Despite the extra unexpected time and labor the job required he honored the original estimate. He included images of the rust they found in the invoice The work they did was very professional, looks great, and doesn't leak. This is the best place to go for auto glass work.

Their work is perfect, my windshield was broken because of an accident, so I gave them a call, the worker’s attitude was very professional and friendly. We went to vacation and left the car at their garage, they did not disappoint at all, the work was done neatly and I was very satisfied. When my family went to pick the car up, the prices were lower than they had said. The prices are so much cheaper by 40% than other companies. I appreciate their work a lot and I very recommend this business.

Dealing with Starbright Auto Glass was an amazing experience. I have a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz and had been turned away by 2 other shops for the rear window replacement. They took on the challenge and completed the work on time and as promised. They were very understanding of my previous struggles and helped me save money for the install compared to other shops I had contacted. I won't give a bad review as they did help my dad out when he needed a windshield. But when I needed one the week of valentines day I was scheduled for 12pm on the 14th. An hour before my appointment I got a text they canceled my appointment. Which led me to have to go else where, as I needed my windshield fixed asap for inspection purposes. If I ever need a new on in the future I will try again. But hopefully I don't need a replacement anytime again soon.
