Location manager John was amazing he was very empathetic understanding patient kind and considerate he has great attributes I would definitely consider him a cornerstone which makes a company thrive he is beyond a team player or valuable asset is kindness and attributes did not go unnoticed and me and my wife are very grateful for making our lives safer but also seeing individuals like yourself not as just a profit margin or numbers but as human beings I would highly recommend anyone looking for assistance or consultation in regards to glass replacement or repair to go to the Stratford location and ask for John and also the technician who service my vehicle I can't place his name but I'm sure John would know it was amazing he was very diligent tactful and considerate especially with the Hot increment weather he also is a great team player in Bible asset to safe Life which makes the company thrive thank you to both of you gentlemen and to safe Lite

If I could leave zero stars I would. Two of our cars need glass repair. First Rav4 that needed a glass repair because large crack. Guy came but soon as got to our house he noticed the class was scratched. Yet he claims it was new. Now we have to wait another week for the glas. Or other car had a small chip tiny less dime down near the vent. I have had dozens of these repaired over life my various cars. First they canceled our first appointment last minute. Next the technician starts aggressively chipping away little chip. I never seen such aggressive hammering. Well I went do my stuff and comes to me and says the crack grew during the repair and the whole windshield needs to be repaired (surprise!!!!!) If hammer on glass that hard it’s going to crack more! We am have full glass coverage and I am sure this either a scam or just an incompetent technician. Go else where!!

I called customer service about a week ago, explaining that the roof glass panel is in need of replacement. ( the panel in between the sunroof and the windshield. I asked the agent I wasn’t sure if they covered this or not, she told me if it’s glass, they would be able to fix it. I came to the shop. The hospitality was friendly but they never asked me what my issue was or what I was coming to fix. After about a two hour wait, my car was finished. When I saw my car, they replaced my windshield that didn’t need replacing and I left with the same issue I have and an aftermarket windshield I don’t need. My OEM windshield was also tinted and now that’s gone too. After speaking with the person at the desk, I was informed they do not fix the glass panel and it’s a body shop issue.

I went here to get my windshield replaced after it cracked. I had to go to this location because of the special sensors on my Mazda CX-5. The service was slow and they finished right before they closed for the day letting me know that everything was recalibrated and all sensors were working correctly. Some time went by and my wipers and windshield rain sensors were not working properly. I had to go to Mazda to get it fixed since Safelite didn’t properly reinstall and calibrate my sensors and a part was missing. Although they claim to have a lifetime warranty, they would not reimburse me for their mistake that had to be fixed.NegativeQuality

John is my favorite person of the day. He has been so kind from the minute we met at 9 am when I dropped off my car to the minute I picked up the car at 4:30 pm. The problem was not the glass in the door, but instead the regulator. John advised us to pick one up and they would install it. So a quick trip to the store later, it was dropped off. The service fee to get the installation done was totally reasonable and it was all done the same day, which on a Saturday is a whole other miracle. So John, if you are reading this, thank you for just being amazing all day. My other car is a Jeep so this is just the start of a beautiful friendship.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place is a joke. Had my car broken into and needed side replacement. Brought it to the "experts" at safelight and received horrible service. Shattered glass was all over my floors and mats and still within the window crevasse. On top of this, the window came off the tracks TWO TIMES NOW. The first time we brought it back to the "specialists", and were told "it happens." They "fixed it" and it happened again a second time. Ruined my tint film. It is not that challenging to perform a simple job...Unless you come to Safelite, where the easy becomes the impossible.ServicesAuto side window replacement

Went in for a simple windshield replacement. They almost forgot to put my wipers back on, thankfully they remembered but put them on wrong and the wipers went past my windshield and hit my hood causing scratches and chipping the paint. They also removed the car camera/radar and improperly remounted the camera causing me to have errors on my dashboard disabling some safety features. I had to go to a dealership and pay out of pocket to fix their mistakes. They do an awful job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent service and very experienced team working here. They fixed my Tesla model 3 windshield replacement within three hours and Tesla dealership in Mount Cisco NY they gave me an appointment for almost a month later and they gave no time for fixing it and I have to drop off the car at their parking lot and they don’t know how long it takes to fix it, and I am 50 miles away from their place. Thank you.

Awful. Girl could barely hold a conversation on the phone, tried to get a whole bunch of info before just giving me a price and then quoted me the premium rate without bothering to tell me there were cheaper options (I had already looked online). She also couldn’t manage to estimate how much the tax would be. If their phone person is this inept and shady, I wouldn’t trust them to touch my car
