A & A Windshields

We had a very difficult time with another company (You know, the one with the huge budget for commercials, etc.) They gave us the run around telling us that there was a national shortage on the windshield for the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, scheduling installation twice and both times having the incorrect part, lots of time sitting in their waiting room, not to mention the time and miles driving back and forth to their shop. Once we contacted Andre, he was able to very quickly locate the correct part, install it, calibrate it and sanitize the car. He did the install at the house and then drove it to his shop for final calibrations (No waiting room or diving time for me). I have to say, places like this DO NOT EXIST anymore. I spoke with Tiffany when I called. She was happy, pleasant and super efficient. Had an appt setup immediately, mentioned the vehicle was an older truck. Jose came out and let me tell you, this guy was a master craftsman. Absolutely perfect job from start to finish. To the owner: You have some great people working for you which I am sure you already know; they are super hard to find so make sure to take care of them! I will be highly recommending you guys. I had my windshield replaced by A&A, and the entire experience was seamless. Andre came right to my workplace, which was incredibly convenient. He was punctual, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. After the replacement, I noticed a vibration noise coming from the side of the windshield. The rubber seal around the windshield had been worn over time, and once disturbed during the replacement, it started making noise. I called A&A, and Andre ordered the piece and returned to my job with a new seal to quickly fix the issue. Everything is back to normal now. I really appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Andre and the service I received at A & A Windshields. A piece of ice off the roof of a work van ahead of me, flew off their van and smashed into my windshield, shattering the entire passenger side. I was not near my house and he was willing to allow me to leave my car at the shop until he could fix it in the morning. I expressed the stress that this incident was about to cause in my life, and he was able to get it fixed within a few hours. I don’t usually write reviews for anything, but I can’t express how grateful I am for the team at A & A Windshields.

What a great decision! I had an appointment with Safelite tomorrow to have my windshield replaced until I read their reviews. Every one was as low as they could be. Looked for an alternate and found A&A with all highly positive reviews. Called immediately made an appointment for today and 💥"BOOM"💥 Job complete in just about an hour. I highly recommend using them. 💫💫💫💫💫👍 2nd time I used A&A Windshields today for a rear glass replacement. My feelings haven't changed. Another awesome replacement. I recently had my car windshield replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They came directly to my house, which was super convenient and saved me a lot of time. The technician was very nice—friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. He explained the process, worked efficiently, and did a great job installing the new windshield. Everything looks perfect, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs!

Absolutely terrible experience. I clearly told customer service that I needed sensor calibration—that was the whole point of the appointment. The guy showed up, didn’t do anything, and then told me they don’t even handle sensors. So why was he sent in the first place? Now they threatening for Collection dept. This is a complete scam. These people are thieves—charging for services they don’t provide. Stay far away from this company.

Great service! When my windshield needed to be replaced, A & A responded quickly and scheduled my service within 2 days of my insurance claim. The field tech, Dave, arrived on time (well within the designated 4 hour window). He was efficient, courteous, helpful, and friendly as were both office reps,Tiffany and Anna. Overall, a very positive experience.

Quick. Painless. Respectful. Professional. Everything you want when having your vehicle serviced. I dealt primarily with Andre who installed a new windshield on my car and it was done from my first phone call to paying the bill in a matter of a few hours.
