Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to get my window fixed without any headaches. Dwight completed the work right in my Condo's parking lot in under an hour and I was able to pay with a card, which was very convenient. I spent some time comparing prices and D Professional Auto Glass beat everyone else around. I expected to sacrifice service for the savings, but Dwight was happy to spend time explaining the replacement process and warranty information. I will definitely be returning to D Professional Auto Glass in the future if I have any other problems!

I've been a licensed auto damage appraiser for 30+ years. Over the last 2 years I have been on the job where I have "bumped" into Dwight. I always found him to be professional, polite, efficient, informative and right on top of the latest in technology. Today I had to have MY windshield replaced. Because of my observances of Dwight in action, the decision to have him do the install was an easy one and he did not disappoint. He arrived exactly on time, was his usual polite and professional self, completed the windshield replacement in a timely manner utilizing not only the best adhesive in the business (IMO) but also demonstrated proper procedures. A true Professional! Because of my job, I am very well aware of proper procedures to remove and replace a windshield. I have been the appraiser for damage claims when a windshield replacement went wrong because of improper procedures. I had faith in Dwight that the job would be done correctly and to my satisfaction. He DID NOT disappoint. "I can see clearly now"... not only through my windshield but that D Professional Auto Glass is the only glass installer that I will recommend to my friends, family and customers.

Someone smashed my window over the weekend and stole my purse from the backseat of my car. And I had a special trip coming up in two days. I knew it was a long shot to find someone who could help me in such a short timeframe. But thankfully I found D Professional Auto Glass who turned this crummy experience into a fantastic one. Tonya delivered phenomenal customer service. She called her local manufacturer to see if they stocked the glass for my vehicle and called me back immediately to say they have it in stock. I thought I'd have to drive to their shop in the bitter winter cold with my window blown out but she then told me that her service guy would be able to pick up the part and do the service right at my home. Within two hours Dwight, who was so pleasant and professional, was knocking at my door. And half hour later he was done. I can not thank you guys enough for coming to my rescue today! Thanks to your quick help and professionalism my week's plans don't need to be derailed. Can't recommend this team enough.

Great place; I brought my car in after it was broken into. It was a cold, rainy day and needed to get the broken window replaced immediately. The glass was shattered all over the car floor and on all 4 seats. Dwight took the time to completely vacuum out my car, which I didn't expect and truly appreciated. I found D to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Response times were very impressive. The price quotes and information given were accurate on all counts. Tonia is a delight, she worked quickly and seemlessly with my insurance company. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience here, I will highly recommend to friends and family and will return myself should the need arise. Wish 4.5 stars were an option and I would have rated 5, but one of the replacements parts has a chip in it. I asked D to file the sharp edges down, he did right away and repaired it as well as he could on the spot. I'm sure I could have arranged with D to have the part replaced, but I didn't want to put more time into the repair.

I normally do not leave reviews for businesses, but I felt the need to in this case. While driving on the highway, I had a rock fly up and make a small crack in my windshield. After looking around at several companies, I decided to give D Professional Auto glass a try. I called on a Friday at 3:30 pm, and was helpful giving me advice on whether to repair or replace the windshield. After deciding to repair it, he was able to drive up to my apartment complex the very next day( a Saturday) to repair it for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was done within 15-20 minutes. The crack was vastly improved. He was very friendly and professional during the visit. The price was also very reasonable. If anyone I know needs to repair/replace any auto glass in the future, I would highly recommend D Professional Auto Glass to them. The price, convenience, and professionalism were all top notch. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I would gladly do so again.

I had an excellent experience at this auto glass shop after my car was broken into and my window was smashed. Despite his schedule being fully booked, the owner Dwight went out of his way to fit me in the same day, which I truly appreciated. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and keeping me updated. The secretary was also super helpful, providing updates while I waited. The best part was the fair pricing—it was clear that they genuinely care about helping customers, not just making a profit. He also went above and beyond by vacuuming up the glass pieces, which wasn’t something he had to do but did out of the kindness of his heart. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of auto glass repair!

Went in to this shop last week to have my front windshield replaced customer service is top notch very nice people! Dwight I believe that’s his name is the lovely gentleman that took care of my windshield was such a delightful soul very polite and very good at what he does! Insured me that the whole process is done well and that I’m taken care of which was so nice as so many women tend to be taken advantage of these days etc. so thank you for treating me well! Also the price is unbeatable best in all CT I did my research called many places before I made my choice which place to go too and this place definitely has the best prices! Definitely recommend them!

Dwight had no idea what he was in for, when he came out to replace the windshield on our '87 MR2. Whatever the sealant used by Toyota back in the 80's might have been, it fought like hell even after 36 years. Dwight took pains getting the old glass out and just as much care & attention installing the new one. He couldn't possibly have made money on the transaction which required 2 separate appointments, each at least 90 minutes. He never lost his cool and the final result is showroom. I cannot thank him enough for his persistence and patience! We will be certain to call him for all our future glass needs.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Fantastic customer service experience! Owner mr. Brown was very professional and listened my concerns about my older truck that I really love. OE quality glass with very reasonable price! No gimmicks here. He performed work for my truck himself and kept me updated during the process. All stickers, like service mileage and inspection were placed in new windshield undamaged. Same with rear view mirror and toll pass box. People in the office were polite and nice. Great independently owned business that really cares to do things right! Thank you so much! I had Dwight come out and fix my front passenger vent window and let me tell you. He’s the friendliest person I’ve met here in Connecticut.
