Let me just start by saying that these people are extremely kind, but I’m not sure if it was because I’m young they decided to take advantage of me.. I had my front windshield and rear window replaced due to it being smashed. As if that wasn’t enough to go through they decided to put windows that don’t go to my car in not only the front of my car but the back as well. Causing water to come in through the front and into my trunk leaving a terrible smell and causing damage to my car. I did inform them of what was going on and was given the run around and eventually just not being answered. Ended up having to get my windows changed all over again with Safelite Autoglass. After losing two window motors in the same week and recieving gut wrenching quotes from a couple other places in town to repair both windows, I gave A Wizard Auto Glass a call. Not only did they give me an extremely competitive quote I couldnt refuse, but the did a wonderful job and fit me in the same day. The car had previously had all four motors replaced by a private party who had not necessarily put it back together right and in an attempt to close one of the windows i chipped the edge of the glass. A Wizard Auto Glass went above and beyond and fixed the previously crappy job, replaced broken trim and sanded the chipped glass at no extra cost. Thank you again for everything! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone with auto glass needs.

I usually prefer to use the bigger franchise chains when conducting this type of business and although the big chain would have been covered by my insurance, A Wizard was in town and was also fully endorsed by my insurance company so I decided to give them a try. I really like to keep my business local whenever possible. They did not disappoint. They were cordial, professional and so easy to work with. They called beforehand to let me know they were coming and the finished product - a new windshield - was excellent. I'd used a major franchise chain the last time I had to have a windshield replaced so I was a little leery but A Wizard did a great job. Thanks for making this so easy for me!

If you’re going to go anywhere for glass repair come to this business!! Great experience here. I got an appointment same day. Service was quick. Worker nice. I called tons of places early in the morning for a same day appointment and no where could take me. I called a wizard auto glass and he got me in within an hour. It’s a cute shop tucked behind some stores. I would 100% recommend coming here. The service was done pretty quick and they were accommodating for my pickup needs (was able to pick it up after hours). Very unprofessional business I had an appointment on January 5th at 3:00 PM to replace my windshield. I arrived five minutes before my appointment, the doors were locked and they had a sign with a phone number to call for service, I called no answer so I left a message to let them know I’m outside waiting, they never called back. I waited in my car for 15 minutes but they never showed up or return my call until now. Another customer showed up to pick up his car but he had to wait outside too and he wasn’t happy about it. I don’t recommend this business at all.

The 2 gentlemen at the locaton when I arrived were both very helpful and (knowing that I was replacing the window myself having already obtained the replacement glass) fixed the misaligened track in literally 3 minutes!!! Dropped my stress level instantly as, in this day & age, it seems EVERYBODY is SCHEISTY and out to gouge their own grandma for a buck. Professional... Courteous... Respectful & Respectable!!! I can't say how impressed I am with the guys at A Wizard. I broke the rear window in my car at 7am on a weekday, a call to one of the major places that will come to your workplace resulted in the first available date ten days later. Even dropping the car off would require a 4 day wait. I called A Wizard, they picked up 45min before opening, and told me they could do the car that day. Friendly staff, quick service. These guys are great, you should give them your business if possible.

Was in Connecticut for work and came out of my hotel to a broken rear window at 4:00pm. After one phone call to A Wizard Auto Glass they said they could have it done the next day. I dropped it off so they could store it inside. One of the guys was nice enough to drop me back to my hotel. Got a call 10:30 the next morning and it was done. They were awesome. Easy to do business with and very friendly! I forgot to take my bunch of air fresheners off my rear view mirror before dropping the car off to have the windshield replaced so I offered to cut them down. Steve said don't worry about it, they'd take care of it. To my surprise when I got the car back they were still there! I highly recommend this place! They will travel most of CT if you can't go to them so forget Safelite, support a small business .
