Safelite AutoGlass

I was booked at Safelite AutoGlass via my insurance company (as it was the closest place that could also do the recalibration of my front-facing camera). When I looked up the place after confirming my appointment I was a little weary because of the reviews on Google. I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff was great and appointment took half the time originally estimated. Thanks to Angelo and the rest of the team in East Haven for their great service!

I had the unfortunate experience of cracking my windshield twice in less than a month However the experience I have had at safelite of east haven has been nothing but positive and both repairs were fully covered! Setting up appointments with safelite is super quick and super easy (both appointments were next day repairs)The technician Angelo is highly professional and i would recommend him to everybody.

The man who took my call to set up an appointment to get my window replaced stated that it would be four days before they could help me. I told him I was going to look for a better option and he hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

Upstairs Tenant Ordered Mobile Service.We Have A 2 Car Garage, Service Van Parked in front of Our Carport WE PAY FOR! I Asked Him To Park on the Grass when He Said He'll Be One Hour and Half! HE DIDN'T MOVE!!!
