Good price and the window is fine but they tried returning the truck to me twice with different things messed up. The driver door handle didnt work from the outside when I brought the truck in but I hadn't had any problems,(attempted break in hence the window replacement) and it worked from the inside. First time i go to get the truck, the door wouldnt even latch and they just had it taped up like i was going to drive off with a door, paint taped shut. When they took the door apart they broke a spring or something that sent the latch and had to be prompted to fix it. They fully expected me to hop in drive off with the door taped shut. The second time i show up a few hours later, they got the door to start latching but only if you slammed door. In my mind, whatever, getting it fixed in a week i can live with that but none of door switches were hooked up, cant roll the windows down or anything, just another lazy oversight. Drove back and fourth three times to end up leaving it there for two days longer than it was supposesd to be until it was returned the way it was received. Didn't offer me a discount or anything after dicking me around, just acted like it was business as usual. Needed a windshield replaced on a jeep and side window on a charger and 100% planned to bring them both here after the quote I got on my truck but I didn't appreciate the way they tried to return my worse vehicle, why give them my best ones?

From the moment I called as I left the impound lot, they greeted me by name and made the process seamless. I had also received a quote from Safelite, which was slightly cheaper, but their earliest availability was a week away—something I couldn't afford to wait for. The team here was not only kind and personable but also went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. While their price was only about $20 more than Safelite, the immediate service and warm customer care made all the difference. It's true that it takes a village to get through tough times, and having a company like this on my side made me feel supported. Thank you all for being there during my time of need. I went here for a windshield and sunroof replacement. They were very responsive and easy to work with up front. They were very helpful in setting and meeting expectations for timing and availability. They failed to communicate the correct information I needed to provide them beforehand to ensure my insurance could pay them and thus required me to pay out of pocket and pursue reimbursement from my insurance company. This was a big miss and very disappointing. Through this process they expected me to understand how their business operates, which is unreasonable. They should make it easy to do business with them, not require a customer to understand expectations that they did not communicate. The quality of the work seems to be good, but at the end of the day the customer experience was average, not excellent. Buyer beware.

We were on a roundtrip heading home for Christmas when we hit a snow goose. It shattered our windshield and ended our road trip. We called around to glass places, most were closed and those that were open did not have our glass in stock. The earliest we could get in anywhere was in two days. Then we called Bright Auto Glass and they not only had our glass in stock, but could get us in that day and for almost $200 less then all the other glass places. We got it done that day and were able to restart our road trip the next morning. The service was quick and excellent. I am so thankful we went with Bright Auto Glass. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our auto glass needs.

I highly recommend Bright Auto Glass. I had a rear window shatter on an older model Toyota Sienna. I was concerned about finding a glass replacement. I found Bright Auto Glass through the Google search and called based on other positive reviews. I was not disappointed. After calling to make an appointment, the appropriate glass replacement was found (glass both encapsulated and right color tinting) and installed the next morning at a great price. The actual service appointment was quick and professional. They even replaced a bolt for the back wiper blade negating an additional trip to a Toyota dealership parts department. Bright Auto Glass gave me an overall positive experience! They did a lot of calling around to warehouses to find the part I needed for my sunroof repair and kept me always updated via email and phone. My only critical feedback is transparency on pricing. While they gave me a quote early on, I feel I was made to believe the high price was merely due to the expensiveness of the glass. However, only after the service was done did I find out the labor was accounting for 60-70% of the price. Still relieved to just have the ordeal over and done with but would have preferred a slightly cheaper installation or at least more transparency up front.

My car was broken into on a Saturday morning. I thought there was simply no way I could have it repaired on a weekend; the stress of my vehicle being unsecured over night with snow forecasted had me googling like a mad woman. I called around until I found these guys and let me tell you: they had the most affordable price, were well worth the drive, so polite, and the service only took an hour and a half. They even went so far as to vacuum the broken glass out of my back seat. The new window was perfect, it made this morning feel as if it had never happened. Absolutely shocked how well the process went. My car got broken into at 1am and needed a new driver side window. 3 other places quoted me 350+ and a 3 day waiting period. Bright Auto Glass gave me a much cheaper quote, replaced it in the same day AND vacuumed out the excess glass that was left over from the break in. Service was quick, professional, and really well done overall. I genuinely dont understand how any of the other places even get business with this one around. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I've never written a Google review for anyone before but these guys deserve it.

My car dealership set up an appointment for me here to have my windshield repaired. The repair was supposed to make the small crack in my windshield far less visible. Instead, they put something in there to "prevent it from cracking further" and it actually made the crack slightly more visible. While I was there, they also got confused about 3 sets of keys and who they belonged to, which didn't really instill confidence. I am sure they have done good work for other people and they were quite nice to me. They just didn't do the work they were supposed to do for me.

It doesn’t take much research to see that this company does shotty work. They write their own reviews and don’t use proper auto glass techniques or tools. If you want your windshield to be stuffed, this is the place to go. Stuffing is when they don’t remove all necessary pieces and set the glass, it makes it really easy for there to be leaks in your windshield. They like quantity over quality, something you definitely don’t want in an auto glass company. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business but there is NO quality work here.
