Driven Auto Glass

Gave Jim Hayes a call on Friday, he said he'd look up the numbers on my windshield and give me a call back & he didn't, He said he lost my number. I gave them my business anyhow because things happen. They did arrive the next day which was excellent however after install I found sharp broken glass chips on my running boards so hopefully, I won't get a flat tire. They didn't re-apply my emissions exempt sticker or my Colorado e470 sticker that I use weekly. They did reapply my KTAG which is no good in Colorado and my Colorado parks sticker. I'm going to have to order a new e470 sticker since they got stuck together in my cup holder where they left it. They were supposed to be at my home around noon and they didn't show up until after three. They did call to say they were going to be late, which is good, but it kept me from being able to get to work that day. I think they tried to do a good job but were rushed since a snowstorm was arriving and they were trying to get it done before it got cold, Apparently, I was left to the last job of the day. Outstanding!!! Had trouble getting a hold of the national brand company we used last time, and I’m glad I did. I figured I’d give some local guys a try, and they were FANTASTIC!!! Safelite wanted $400 for the exact same windshield, and I would have had to sit in their office all morning for it. My insurance doesn’t cover it, so I’m out of pocket. These guys deliver in every sense of the word. We all know windshields don’t last too long here in beautiful Colorado with all the sand and hail, so I’m putting these guys on speed dial. Ha! I asked for a quote on Yelp, heard back almost instantly and got it installed today. The techs were awesome, super friendly, and did an outstanding job all in the comfort of my own driveway. The five star rating of Driven Auto Glass is well deserved! Their quality work and options for OEM and aftermarket glass are fantastic. Just had Jim and his team install new glass in my 5 series and it seriously looks factory. They even went above and beyond and reinstalled my dash camera and toll pass, taking care to properly tuck the wires and all. Short of replacing the rain sensor I’ve never seen such good work with installing new gel for the sensor without bubbles. I will always recommend them. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the work is exceptional. EDIT: Since this review I’ve now had Driven Auto Glass replace two more windshields for me. Their quality is still fantastic and their pricing is very competitive. Will continue to refer everyone I know to them for all their auto glass needs.

My car was broken into on a Saturday night. Noticed it Sunday morning. Driven Auto Glass had me in on Monday for the repair. The quick response was paramount as there was a winter storm coming in. Afterwards, my tint guys said there was a little play in the window. Took it back to Driven. They triple checked everything and even showed me the interior of the door where the mechanical arm for the window was, and where the play coming from. Def normal wear or damage from thieves.... Long story short, they worked with me and we're patient when I brought it back. Explained the movement in the window I was seeing and gave me all possible solutions. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of these guys. Jim in particular. 👍👍👍

I am so so impressed and pleased with the service I received from these folks. My windshield was 150 dollars cheaper than the competitors and they were they were able to get me in way sooner than others as well. They came out to my place of work and had it ready in an hour. I have an older GMC van and Jim was the only one I called who really knew what the issue is and how to solve it properly. I had called half a dozen places, two of which came by, but couldn’t do it. But Driven Auto Glass came by with the correct glass, proper gasket, and got it installed correctly in no time. For cheaper than the others too. Really nice guys who certainly know their stuff. Highly recommend

Dishonest business. Had a windshield replaced and was provided an invoice with the final price and then they turned around and billed my insurance company significantly more. They assume that since the customer only pays a deductible that they can bill insurance later whatever they want. Never once did they mention any difference in cost for insurance billing. Then again, why would there be?

10 stars. Rarely do I ever write reviews, but I had to for this. Called them, got a quote, they ordered my windshield, called me the morning of install, were here 20 minutes later and installed it.
