What really set them apart was their honesty and expertise. Every other shop I contacted insisted I needed a recalibration after the glass replacement—which would have added time and cost. But Best Auto Glass was able to complete the job perfectly without needing a recalibration. All my lane departure and safety features are still fully functional and working flawlessly. On top of that, their prices were the best in the area. For the quality of work, speed, and reliability they provide, the value is unbeatable. Exceptional service, great price, great communication, Called yesterday (Friday) evening near closing time, expecting to be scheduled on Monday-Friday like other glass shops had quoted. And already accepted I would have to take a day off work. However they went above and beyond to get my rear glass fixed ASAP, scheduled first thing the following morning, and I was out of there in 50 minutes. And for the BEST price. They are a newer shop but you can tell they have years of experience with glass. Similar to Dispensary's, that are not large franchises, they can give you better prices since the operating cost is lower, simple as that. 10/10 would break my glass again just to come back

We contacted Best Auto Glass after Safelite wanted $500 to replace our windshield and $500 to calibrate it. Best Auto Glass was amazing. They informed us that calibration is not required for every vehicle and it was not for ours! In addition, the windshield was only $295. The people are very nice and they had our vehicle in and out in a very short time. It pays to shop around and we are so happy we found them for all our windshield work! Renews our faith that there are still honest companies out there that don't try to tack on services that are not necessary. Check them out!!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them any day of the week! Was needing to get my windshield repaired ASAP after receiving a citation for my broken windshield and they got me booked in within the next day. Called yesterday about a windshield for my 06 4Runner, they gave me a great price and said they could get me in today or tomorrow. They actually followed up with me this morning about if I was still interested or not and I was of course, they got me in at 11:30 and we’re done by 12:10. Was a very disappointed customer after 3 times of going to them with issues of the way their work turned out. Now I have to find another place to do my windshield all over again. This was my worse experience ever in what they put me thru. I would not recommend them for the life of me.
