I wanted to replace the windshield on my son's car. Auto Glass Z came to his workplace and replaced the windshield without any inconvenience to my son; he was able to continue his work day without interruption. Their prices are reasonable and service impeccable. A more highly advertised company would not even answer their phone. I was very pleased with my experience with Bear Creek Auto Glass and Scott, who is very professional in his demeanor and abilities. I had previously gone through my insurance company, and the national vendor the recommended wanted the entire deductible for the windshield replacement. Scott's quote was far more reasonable. Furthermore, I was happy that Scott was willing to work with me on timing after the Denver Metro Area got walloped with a snowstorm last week. Highly recommend this great local business, and will recommend to anyone I know that needs glass work on their vehicle.

The tech was there an hour and a half before the window the receptionist gave us, which was awesome. They came to my apartment and fixed my windshield in less than an hour. After the horrible ordeal I had with Safelite completely breaking my windshield beyond repair when it was taken in for a simple chip and small crack repair, and then refusing to replace it for any less than the quote they gave me ($544) despite it being that shop’s fault my windshield was broken, Precision Glass did it for $320. Couldn’t ask for better service or a better price. I will definitely use this company for any future windshield issues. 5/5

Called Peter a month or so ago about replacing his windshield (2020 Tacoma TRD Long-bed), after getting the referral from a Toyota Dealership. Peter impressed me with his knowledge, and especially his price quote. With everyone busy, we just got the vehicle to their shop today. Veronica worked with my other son who brought the vehicle in while his brother was out of town. She was very professional, kind, and humorous. Not only did she honor the quote Peter gave us months ago, but she included the tax in that quote. Needless to say RC&C Auto Glass is an outstanding business, family owned and operated for decades, and working with them solidified to me the reason they’ve been in business so long, and why Dealerships are very comfortable referring clients to them. They even re-set the Dash-cam, and hid the wires (my son had the wires hanging) as a nice touch of above & beyond customer service. There is no question we will be bringing any of our other vehicles directly to them when we have a service need. Kudos to Peter (owner’s son), and Veronica for bringing a lot of sunshine, honesty, and quality to a business where you usually see callousness, poor service, exorbitant pricing, and a lack of integrity. Add the fact that this is a Colorado grown, owned and operated business, there should be no reason to go to any other windshield-glass shop in Denver +++.
