Innova Auto Glass

I emailed a bunch of different places to see who had the lowest price, since I don't have windshield replacement on my insurance and have to pay out of pocket for it. Innova was the first to respond and offered me an average price. In the email, though, Jesse said to look at Groupon and he'd give me $100 off. What kind of business gives you a quote and instructs how to pay less in the same communique? So, I was impressed, and decided it would be worth the 45-minute, 30-mile drive, each way. Jesse came out to the car and inspected the windshield with me, and explained any issues he saw. I was almost uncomfortable with how thorough he was, because I figured he was doing all this to try to charge me more for some additional work! I was prepared to fight to get the great price he had quoted me. No need to fight, fortunately, as he honored his price. This is the third replacement on my car, and it is by far the best looking. I had no idea the molding could be so tight and streamlined. It was quick, too. The work was impeccable, the customer service was excellent. It really was worth the drive to have such a great experience. It seems a lot of companies don't fully grasp that repeat customers are valuable, but Innova truly treats you with respect and are up front about what to expect. I'm a happy customer!

I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicle's paint is in like-new condition. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of caring, he immediately went to defensive mode and stated "the hood is not our work area and we don't lay tools on it or around the car" and "the area of the scratch on the roof is way off of where we were working". But in fact, the scratch on the roof is EXACTLY where the antenna was. The manager promised me video of the time my car was in the bay. He said he emailed it but I never got it. Convenient excuse. He also said that he reviewed the video and couldn't see anything due to the sun glare. Also a convenient excuse. He did offer me "half the cost of professional buffing". The only right solution to this is total cost of professional buffing, or a free windshield, because Innova scratched my car in two places with careless work.NegativeQuality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I don't know what to say other than, Jesse has looked me in the eye three or four times over the last 36 days and told me he had ordered the front windshield for my 2016 Santa Fe sport and said that he was waiting for a supplier to deliver this piece of glass and he would call me when he had it. It's now been 36 days. I have not heard anything from Jesse. If you would like your job done fast then I would recommend a different business. Innova has surely disappointed me. I am now going to look for another business and I have researched other businesses who tell me that they can get this glass within one day. I am not so sure why Jesse will look me in the eye and tell me that the piece of glass is on its way when he has never called me after 36 days. Any info, Jesse, would be greatly appreciated. I gave you the benefit of the doubt for over one month, over 5 weeks and you left me with a broken windshield. Buyer beware.

Innova Auto Glass is awesome! Over the past several years, I’ve used them a dozen times or more for both my company trucks & personal vehicles. Mainly for windshield replacements, but they have also replaced the side window & back cab window. The work is done correctly the first time, I have never had to return for an issue or adjustment. They are very friendly, always provide my cost upfront & communicate with any status updates or changes – And, I love the fact they will come to our shop to do the repair, (except for vehicles with specialty sensors, like Subaru's EyeSight which needs to be calibrated on their in-shop equipment) so there is no need to take extra time off. I highly recommend Innova!

Had another great experience with Innova. Yesterday I had 2 windshields replaced and the work was completed faster than expected. Innova was very responsive in setting up the appointments and clear about my replacement options, the scope of work and the cost. I’ve had a total of 4 windshields replaced at Innova over the past 8 years and will continue to bring my cars there in the future. Living in Colorado means it’s almost a given that you’ll eventually need a new windshield. I have options closer to home but drove 40 minutes to Innova because I trust the work, they are very competitive on price, and I prefer supporting a small local business.

I called Innova and other highly rated auto glass companies. Innova had the lowest price and the quickest response on the phone. They're also very close to where I live and it made it easy for me. I wasn't disappointed. All of my interactions were with Jesse. He was professional, friendly and quick. Our new windshield looks great. I truly appreciate how Jesse handled everything and wish all companies worked this way. Hopefully we won't need a new windshield for a long time but if we do I will definitely go with Innova again.

Jessie has excellent communication, the overall experience was amazing. I was schedule for Friday at 8 am however I was notify of the defective windshield early and did tell me they would reach out once they located the one I needed. The shop reached out that same day and schedule me the next day! Overall experience reliable, fast, and with great pricing. I called several auto glass places and all I can say no comparison. I will be coming back if I need their services again and will be recommending this place.

Loved my experience here - they were super fast, very thorough, and extremely kind. I wasn’t sure what tint my window had, and they had me send a picture so they could be sure to match. Kept me updated on progress, and from taking it in to pickup was less than 48 hours, and they can do it quicker but I just needed a specific part I only needed my driver side back window, not windshield (for reference). Hopefully I won’t be back too soon, but if I ever need a window replaced, I’ll be coming back

I’m so happy I went with Innova for my windshield replacement. Lowest price I could find in the area and high quality work! It is obvious that quality, safety and customer satisfaction is their top priorities. Stop searching and book with Innova to have it done right. We have used Innova for a couple of vehicles now, both chip repair and windshield replacement. They are very easy to work with through our insurance company. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, friendly, and professional and their work was great (and ridiculously fast)! Our latest chip repair was pretty big, so it is still noticeable but much less so than when we went in. Will definitely be returning next time we need auto glass work. Thanks!
