When driving on the highway and a decent sized rock hit my windshield, I called my amazing mechanic, Hotchkiss Auto, right away. They don't specialize in glass repair, but they didn't hesitate for a second recommending these guys. I called Blue Crush Auto Glass and Melissa greeted me with a friendly 'we got you covered' attitude and put my mind at ease right away. They would have come out that next day for my repair, but a snow storm came through. They were very communicative and rescheduled for the next day after that. Terry and Devin met me at my car and fixed the crack. They did so extremely timely and efficiently. I can barely see the crack now! It's pretty wild how they did that! Thank you Terry, Devin & Melissa. I would recommend this place to anyone needing Auto glass service and repair. No question!

The gentleman who came out for my windshield (sorry I'm terrible with names 🙈) was super professional. He arrived on time, was very quick and did an amazing job! I had a small scheduling mixup due to weather, and they were very honest and caring, took accountability and didn't try to make excuses or lie to me. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule. I was waiting outside for a delivery and he didn't act annoyed that I was there like some folks do. He made pleasant smalltalk that didn't slow him down at all, made sure to confirm whether I wanted the stickers on my old windshield and cleaned up behind himself so well my car is cleaner than it was before the replacement! 😆 Thank you so much for the great service, I will never use anyone else!

We were in town for some poker at Blackhawk casino when our car was broken into. This is possibly the easiest call I’ve ever made. Lady on the phone was so nice and she knew her stuff. I got a very reasonable quote and said yes! This was 11am on a Thursday and I didn’t expect to get done until Friday or Monday. At 3pm I get a call from Terry and he says he’s at the casino where my car is parked. I walked out and not even 1 hour later he calls and says your car is done!! Like I was really impressed! This company is legit. Needed a repair and went through insurance and this company was on the recommended list. I made a great choice and so did my provider. They were very professional. The owner determined they had the wrong type of windshield as I have a newer pickup. The use better glass and the used OEM on mine. He jumped back in his vehicle, went and got correct windshield and installed within 30 minutes or so. Now that is top notch. No cutting corners. I will use them again and I definitely recommend. I needed the windshield in my Jeep Wrangler replaced and since we were going to be staying in in Black Hawk for a few weeks I decided to have it done there. My insurance company recommended Blue Crush Auto Glass as a preferred vendor and I’m not sorry for that for sure. They took care of everything including ordering OEM glass. We travel full time in our motor home and they came to where we were staying. On the day that they were to come there were thunderstorms all around and I called and recommended that they not come. I highly recommend Blue Crush Auto Glass. My back car window got smashed, and my insurance company gave me a few options for the replacement. I'm so happy I picked Blue Crush. When I called, Melissa was very helpful, and she got everything moving right away. The window had to be ordered/delivered from another state. When it arrived, Terry came and installed it on a Sunday. My car was broken into so I contacted Blue Crush Auto Glass. They were fairly booked up but worked to fit me into their schedule...within 24 hrs of contacting Blue Crush, the technician called me and said he was on his way to replace my window. From the initial call(manager was Melissa) to dealing with the technicians, Blue Crush was first class on every end. The technicians were very professional, and quickly repaired my window. Terry and crew are fantastic. All it takes is a quick call with some information and you have a scheduled time of repair within seconds. They were able to seal a tricky windshield on my 2005 Scion XB the first time around, after another local shop had failed more than once. They have also repaired numerous windshields at my facility and its takes a good minute to find where the chip used to be as whatever method they use does not alter the visibility. Quality of work is excellent, customer service is prompt and they only use the highest quality glass available.
