Amazing customer service. I had been done dirty by both safelight and glass America I had glass America install a replacement window in am work van then at the end of the installation process. They informed me that they could not do the calibration that my Van needed. So I ended up having to let it go to safelight to finish the job but Safelight Took two days to get my van into the shop and get the calibration done only to find out they took my car for a full day to get my Vans calibration done only to find out they took my car from colorado Springs all the way to centennial by Denver only To tell me that it didn't need any calibration when in fact it did. I only found out 3 months later that it was not done After taking my Van the dealership for a simple repair in my van come to find out That the reason why I'm having issues with my Van And its electronics is because they never calibrated the vehicle windshield After the replacement.So I was very Cautious of using another Windshield replacement company here in the springs until I came across Windshields express and Mike he was very professional. I explained to him my previous history with the another big name window. Replacement company's And he totally understood what I was going through when they came time to replace my wife's windshield on her SUV I took it to Mike. He replaced it properly And made sure the calibration was done correctly. Highly recommend windshield express, if you're looking for a new windshield. They are the only windshield repair company. I'll be using in the Springs now.

Absolutely amazing! I brought my truck here for a windshield replacement and straight off the bat the folks here were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. They called me the same day I submitted a claim to my insurance and got me scheduled for the very next morning. When I brought the car in I was able to wait in a very comfortable waiting area with coffee, hot chocolate, and WiFi to get some work done. The truck was ready to go in less than 2 hours! My windshield developed a small rattle a few days later, and despite this being absolutely no fault of the installers, the service advisor JP was incredibly helpful and took amazing care of me. He got the truck back in the very next day to make the problem right, replacing the windshield with a complete new one. JP and his team were very professional and amazing to work with. They stand behind their work, and I would trust them 100% to do any glass repairs on my car in the future!

The guys here are extraordinary! They took extra care on my dream car putting a windshield in it that I am super protective over. Everything was beautiful, seamless and high quality! They were super happy to work with my insurance, get me taken care of, and even got my windshield tinted from the guys across the way while the window was out! The care, customers service, friendliness, and all around great people here have more then earned my business for any and all glass needs on all my vehicles for as long as they stay open! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! We were vacationing from out of town and had our car broken into late one evening. When I called the next morning and explained that we were vacationing and had a full day booked, the staff worked me in for a 9:30 appointment and got me out the door in less than an hour. They even sent a runner to the warehouse to get my glass sooner. While I was waiting I had some great conversations with the staff about the local area and great sights to check out. They gave me a good price and did great work! Everyone was professional and friendly. I cannot rave about this place enough. Probably the best customer experience with a service related industry I have ever received. My insurance agent got me in contact with Windshields Express after having a horrible experience with Safelite Auto Glass. Safelite had refused to replace my windshield after noticing a little bit of rust around my windshield. The receptionist at Windshield Express called me and got me scheduled immediately. I talked with the owner JP who took some time to explain to me that the rust did not impact the windshield installation at all and even gave me a referral for the rust. What a great team over there. JP was amazing to work with right from the beginning! I kept thinking of questions and calling him back. He was patient with me each time and happy to explain details. He even went above and beyond in understanding my needs and ordering two options for me to make sure I liked the windshield I would get installed. The tech that came out to install my new wind shield did a great job! It was efficiently done, no mess, and he was extremely polite and personable on top of it all. This is the second time we have used Windshields Express and it was another stellar experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable and focus on customer service. We will come back for sure! I drove up from Texas to Colorado Springs for a work conference. Got a cracked windshield but had no time to get it replaced as I couldn’t leave the meetings. JP gave me his own phone number and told me he’d come and get the car. Awesome service, fast, professional, and the replacement windshield is an exact match. I Have a 1989 Chevy G20 Camper van. I locked my keys in the van and had to break a window to get in. I broke one of the small bottom side windows that were installed during the conversion. I cannot remember the owners name, but he said you should have broke a different window because you can only replace the WHOLE side window. That is $1500. We brainstormed for a bit and he said can you leave the van with me overnight. I said sure. Came back the next next and he fabricated a replacement, got it tinted and mounted/sealed all for pennies of what it could have cost me.

Cheapest place in town I could find. Service was same day and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately got a bad window (not the shops fault at all). When I threw on my sunglasses I could see the heat marks in the window from when the glass was created. I called the store back, they got me in same day again and installed a different manufacturer's window. This one looked great and there was no extra charge. Amazing customer service. The guys here are so kind, professional, and beyond helpful. My car has recently been broken into and I was beside myself wondering where and how I was going to get the window replaced.
