These guys are exceptional! We needed two replacement windshields: Ford Explorer and a F-350 work truck with a large ladder rack. After much online research, I chose three businesses to call and get quotes from. Saundra was fantastic with both quotes and gave me final, out the door prices. I chose Precise Auto Glass, and I could not be happier. They are professional, clean and have competitive rates. They were my middle estimate between the three companies I called but very close to the least expensive… When we brought the work truck in, Saundra was super efficient! She got the truck in first thing in the morning, and out quick enough understanding we had to get back on the road for work! About five months later, I called back to schedule my personal vehicle. The price remained the same. The crew worked fast and even vacuumed my floors, which were a total mess! I can not be any more satisfied with the service from start to finish! Friendly service, clean establishment, however, went in for a star crack on front windshield less than a dime in size, yet they were not able to properly repair it and the service ended up scratching the area around the crack. When I noticed the crack was not fixed, the service lady told me the crack was too deep yet the material they used would keep the crack from expanding. I have brothers in the auto repair business and I have never heard of a star crack less than a dime diameter being unable to fix. So I took it immediately to another glass repair shop. They inspected it and told me they couldn’t fix it because the previous repair was done wrong and that is when he showed me the additional scratches caused by the botched attempt to fix it earlier. So…..I spent $80 here for what should’ve been a simple repair, and now I’m going to have to spend a lot more to replace the windshield due to this botched repair job.

IF YOU SUPPORT LOCAL, COME HERE!! This place will forever be my go-to for auto glass. I have a 2016 4Runner SR5 premium which has some extra features in the windshield itself. I was having issues with another corporate-owned company that rhymes with lateflite because they couldn’t answer my questions about what specifics were required for my windshield. I called Precise and was so relieved that they knew exactly what I needed, but they are also affordable! Then came my appointment, the office was comfortable and I was well attended to by their 4-legged customer service rep named Maya. My windshield was installed in about an hour and half AND they made sure to apply my ExpressToll, Oil service stickers, and dash cam magnet (all of which I thought I would have to replace). Very pleased and I’m also happy to fully support a local business.

I have never taken the time nor effort to write a business review however, the service provided by Precise was so exceptional I felt obligated to do so. As the result of a highway hit by a 2" piece of gravel, our RV windshield needed replaced, a process a little more complex than an auto windshield as the glass had to be located and shipped. One call to Sondra in the front office got the ball rolling and three weeks later the windshield was replaced, 10 days earlier than originally scheduled. The staff took care of our RV like it was theirs and the install was perfect. In times when customer service is lacking, Precise clearly over-delivered. I highly recommend their services. First off, I like using local shops vs big chains so I had a shop that I used a few times in the past. They were my go-to for this work but after not being able to reach them (seem to be out of business) I took a chance with Precise Auto Glass. I chose them based on reviews I read and I'm glad I went with them. Sondra was very professional and helped with the price as I had 2 cars to do. She scheduled 2 installers as one of my cars takes a big piece of glass and thought having and extra person available was appropriate. Both installers (sorry I forgot their names!) were professional and did a great job. I will look for Precise Auto Glass the next time I need service. Thanks!

From customer service to quality of the repair, Precise Auto Glass has been the absolute best glass company that we have ever been with. I went with Precise Auto Glass after I canceled an appointment with Safelite. I did not appreciate the way Safelite addressed customer concerns in their Google reviews. A Safelite technician had explained to me that there would be a an unsightly blemish after the repair and that I would probably end up wanting to replace my windshield. But I had the rock chip/crack repaired at Precise Auto Glass, and there is no blemish. In fact, it looks better. I can barely see it now. Their sweet dog is the welcoming committee. 🙂

Recently, I got a rock chip in my windshield after just replacing the windshield in January. Those things happen, just tough luck. Since Precise Glass provided great service in replacing the windshield previously, I returned to them for the chip repair. Now, unless you knew where to look, you would be hard pressed to find where the chip had been. Not only did they do a great repair job, but they didn't charge me! They said it was a courtesy since they had replaced the windshield so recently. Did not expect that!

I was in need of a sunroof replacement, and Precise Auto Glass was able to provide excellent service in finding the part and installing the replacement glass. Friendly staff. They gave clear options to go with (original manufacture or used part), and it was a breeze to schedule appointment for replacement. The pricing was affordable, and excellent work. Getting my windshield and a chip in my travel trailer done by Precise was a very good experience. First when you call them you get to talk to a competent real person! The price was great and the job done was excellent. The truck needed some extra cleaning up to make a good seal and they took the time and effort to make sure it was done right!
