Auto glass now replaced the windshield in my sedan. I give two stars because the windshield it self was inexpensive which was great, they were extremely fast which was great, but the downside was their communication about the pre collision system recalibration, forcing me to do it when it may have not been necessary, and the mess they left in my clean vehicle. Initially I was quoted for the windshield and was told the pre collision system recalibration was not required by them. Great! The morning of my appointment ( a week later after I had set it up and was told that recalibration isn’t required), 10 minutes before scheduled drop off time, they texted me and informed me that I was actually required to pay the extra 150 for a recalibration and couldn’t have the work done unless I did it. I was already there sitting in the parking lot waiting for my appointment! Last minute communication to prevent scaring me off probably. I expressed my issue with this to which I got no response from. I was just checked in for service like the concern never existed. This is ridiculous they forced me to do a recalibration. I trust my dealership more to do this, I even know several of the guys at the dealership. I really wanted to just get the windshield replaced by auto glass now and then take my vehicle to the dealership if it needed the recalibration. I’ve also worked at the dealership and seen many instances where the recalibration isn’t even needed. It just comes down to how hard the install tech smacked the sensors/ cameras and if the pre collision system is malfunctioning after work is done. Often the recalibration isn’t even needed. I was suspicious if it was even performed honestly because from the time I dropped my vehicle off to when I received the call to pick it up, install and supposedly a recalibration was only about an hour and thirty minutes. I just can’t believe a recalibration was performed along with a new windshield install at this length of time. Second of all there was quite a bit of crud and dirt left on my dash and on the seats from removal of the old windshield. There was also what I thought was a new scratch across my dash but it was only some kind of crud line left behind from removing the old windshield. The new windshield had so many hand prints and smudges on it that I went to auto zone and bought glass cleaner on the way home. Overall the cost was affordable but it’s not just about the cost. It’s about the service as well. It not right to wait to the last minute to force your customers into the recalibration and leaving a mess behind isn’t acceptable either. This company will probably try to claim the recalibration is necessary because it’s a liability for them to not do it but that’s exactly what a waiver is for. Despite the cost being so cheap I don’t think I’d return to them or recommend them.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. The moment I walked in, I was barely acknowledged and there was zero eye contact. I was quoted 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. It has been over 4 hours. As I have been here sitting in the very dirty, cramped, hot waiting area, I have heard countless phone calls made by the front desk telling people how parts they ordered are broken or missing, services can’t be completed, etc. Not exactly confidence inspiring. As I have asked for updates on my car, the front desk staff have mostly ignored me, and upon begrudgingly acknowledging me, basically rolled their eyes at me as they went to check the status. The irritation is palpable. Sounds like it will be well over 5 hours of waiting here until my windshield replacement will be completed. Eye contact and even a hint of a friendly demeanor would have gone a long way. Sorry for bothering your staff at your place of business and paying for a service you offer. I will do you a favor and never return to burden you guys. I’ll make sure to let my friends and family know as well, to save the employees here some irritation.

I called and they told me to text information of repairs. Then I called a couple other places and found my best price. They called back, I did not answer, then they text and I said I already had an appt somewhere else. Fast forward a week later, receive a text that my appt was for the 1st of July 8-12pm. I called today the 1st and told them I never talked with them or set up an appt. The very rude woman said the girl was new that i talked with and she must've set up the appt on accident. I NEVER TALKED WITH ANYONE OR SET UP AN APPT! SHE, STILL VERY RUDE, SAID THAT THEY GOT MY MESSAGE THAT I HAD AN APPT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I told her I can see their very corrupt practices and I'm going to report to BBB and write a review. I came to Google first. Where i read several other recent bad reviews, on their services. I would not trust this company on anything. To the owner, do not write back to me. I can see your very bad practice of act now and apologize later. Terrible way to run any business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had filled a claim through my insurance whom then passed off my installation process to Safelite. I did not follow through with that company as the tech working on my vehicle told me to make an appointment with a Subaru dealership to clear DTC for eyesight camera sensors that were on my dashboard before they could instal a new windshield 🙃🙃🙃 That step seemed unnecessary so I sought out local shops in my area, hence finding Auto Glass Now. I called on a Monday and was able to have my car dropped off the following day. The removal, installation, and recalibration was completed in about two hours. Rhonda had given me a $50 discount for replacement, brining my total quote under $510 for a 19’ Subaru Crosstrek with eyesight. Auto Glass Now had the best quote following 8 other locations I called. I definitely saved money by not paying my deductible and the unnecessary diagnostic at a Subaru dealership that Safelite claimed I needed to do.

I informed them what I needed, they said they could help me. Called back and said they need the vehicle longer than what was scheduled; no problem , dropped the truck off that evening (I live 45 miles away, and they know this). I was called the next morning saying their guys didnt have the skills required to replace the back window of my Honda Ridgeline because the entire piece needed to be replaced. I asked if I could purchase the window they said yes, I called the next morning before driving another 45 miles (one way), they said it would be there. I got there and they had a slider window not the whole piece. Stated they couldn't get the whole piece and I should try a salvage yard. What a waste of time! I will not be back, hope you all have a better experience than I did!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Auto Glass Now be more impressed with their service. They replaced the windshields on two of my cars, and both times, the results were flawless. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their attention to detail is evident in every step of the process. What truly sets Auto Glass Now apart is their exceptional customer service. From the moment I contacted them, their team was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, ensuring that my vehicles were back on the road in no time. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality windshield replacement services, I wholeheartedly recommend Auto Glass Now. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is unmatched!

Absolutely horrible humans run this business. After 3 weeks of the call center promising a call from the manager I went to the shop. I explained I purchased the vehicle from a family member that passed away 3 years ago.. I was with him when he bought the windshield. I definitely know the location because we use them for all our vehicles. Apparently they changed systems since then. The lady never even tried to find me in her system. She told me I needed a receipt even after I explained the person that had it passed away. All I need is the moulding pushed back into the windshield. A 45 second fix if you have the tools. So much for a lifetime warranty. Never again will they see a dime from me and we have 6 vehicles with 3 needing new windshields.

First time around experience was good! Second time around not so good! I asked if there was a Saturday appointment i could get, because that works best with my schedule. They said yes, I take my car down on that Saturday and they got my windshield in but then told me I needed to come back to have the calibration down on my windshield because they did not have the code to do it, and the person that does wasn't there. Not very convenient for me to go back down with my work schedule. My thing is if they knew my windshield needed to have calibration done why wouldn't someone have the codes?! So needles to say I wasn't happy! I still have not had a chance to get back down there 4 days later.

The tech from Auto Glass Now showed up on time and was professional and efficient. Prior to calling Auto Glass Now, I had another glass company send out two different techs on different days. In both cases the windshield was not replaced first because the tech did not have all of the parts he needed and the second time because the tech could not get a part off to remove the glass. The tech from AGN did not seem to have any of these issues replacing my windshield. I would recommend them and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Had a rough start initially showed up for my appt waited for a hour then was told they had to reschedule me because my back glass replacement was going to be a complex job. So returned 4 days later dropped the vehicle off and 90 minutes later it was complete. It was worth the wait they did a excellent job and was half the price of Safelite who quoted me $680.. Auto glass now did it for $340.. Best glass shop in the springs I will only go to auto glass now if I ever need new glass for my vehicles. Thank you for the excellent service !
