Recently had my vehicle at the body shop for damage and a windshield. The vehicle was done and detailed for delivery waiting for the windshield. When I came to pick up my vehicle the rep walked out with me to go over the work. As we walked up to the vehicle the hood and all the areas around the windshield were filthy. There was windshield glue on the outside mirror and hood as well. The body shop apologized repeatedly and even took the vehicle back to the detail shop to clean it up as there was just so much that needed clean up including the windshield itself, marks right on the glass inside and out. This of course ruined the body shop putting their best foot forward with a professionally repaired vehicle detailed and ready for delivery. I specifically wanted to know who installed the windshield. I was told Van Go and I pulled up the information while my vehicle was being cleaned from the sloppy install. I personally cannot believe that any one would have so little pride in their work and leave the vehicle in that condition. Sadly I now have no confidence in the install and will have to deal with the body shop as I don't want to find out that the install was poor and may leak causing damage that I will have to deal with. I hope that this review will save others from having to go through similar in the future.

The passenger side mirror fell off my Beetle somehow, and given the make of my car my first instinct was to call the dealership for service, knowing I'd overpay, but also knowing many people wont work on my car. I decided to do a search though an app that sends out quote requests to businesses. I was quickly contacted by quite a few shops, but Van Go Auto Glass was very responsive and their rates are very reasonable. I was able to book the appointment via text with the shop (which is great because I'm always on conference calls). They were flexible with my drop off time, even though I was running 30 mins behind. And to top it off, the service was incredibly quick! I'd coordinated a ride to work but didn't even need it. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely come back if I ever need glass or mirror services in the future!

I live in Denver but work in Broomfield, so it was extremely helpful that they have a mobile technician. I reached out via their website’s contact form and heard back in less than an hour. It was so easy to get scheduled, and they even verified the specific type of glass my vehicle needed (as my model apparently has a couple different styles/sizes). It was raining that day, but luckily my place of work has a garage that the tech was able to work in. He was flexible and efficient, and even took the care to gently remove the stickers/car wash pass on the inside of my old glass. He briefed me on aftercare as well, and payment was fast and easy. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would absolutely recommend them to others. Thanks Van Go!!

The first time the company was good. They came and fixed my windshield without any issues. The second time, they never showed up during the promised time. I had to call them to find out that there was a delay. Apparently there was a late delivery that impacted their schedule. Here’s my question: why didn’t someone from the company call me about the delay? Why waste my entire morning? At least be courteous enough to call your customers and let them know about a delay so they can decide to reschedule if needed. Now I sat around waiting for four hours without getting my windshield fixed and will have to go somewhere else to have it done. At the very least, a phone call and an apology would have been appropriate.

The owner of the shop is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have met. He went above and beyond to replace my cracked windshield. I was not in a major rush and he would be on the look out. But one day at work he texted and called me telling me he had a surprise. Low and behold he had a windshield ready for me. Without me having to step out of work he drove over with his team and did his amazing work. By the time I was able to break away from work and walk to the parking lot he was done installing the windshield. When I drove home that day it was sooooo refreshing to have a clear windshield. Thank you Tim!! I can't express how much that meant to me! It was like Christmas in the summer!

My first time using Van Go Auto Glass will not be my last. Tim and his staff are polite, professional and provide excellent customer service. After inquiring I got a call back from Van Go very quickly as in the same day. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and coordinating with Van Go and insurance was easy. The installer was on time (was given the option of a morning or afternoon time slot). The removal of my old windshield and new one was simple and all debris was vacuumed and cleaned before the job was finished. I highly recommend this business. It was important to me that I selected a local company to repair my cracked windshield, and received prompt communication, personalized service, and high quality installation - all the things you'd want and expect, but never get out of a major retailer. We had some supply issues, and the team worked with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. In fact the owner called and spent his lunchhour coaching me through the insurace process. In the end, Van Go saved me over $1,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, and the replacement windshield is as good as they day we drove our new car home. If you are shopping around, look no further.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! I called for windshield replacement and the receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly and connected us to my insurance carrier to verify payment. They were able to get me scheduled for a mobile windshield replacement quickly. On the day of my appointment, it was very windy, so the tech offered to pick up my car and take it to their shop (I live very close by) since it needed to be recalibrated after the new windshield was installed. They called to let me know when they were done, and returned my car after everything was completed. I love supporting local businesses that know how to take care of their customers! Great job!

Friendly, professional, fast and great price!!!! As a single mom of 3, I was on a very tight budget with limited income due to pandemic. I was concerned by other quotes I was up a creek without a paddle. However, Van Go's price was very affordable, they were understanding and not pushy. Windshield replacement only took a about 20 minutes, start to finish. Below you will see what I was dealing with. 3rd place I checked for prices and current reviews and so glad I called. Desperately needed a new windshield so it was about time. Called Van Go, gave me a quote over the phone, scheduling was easy, my choice to bring the vehicle in or mobile replacement. I opted for the latter. They gave me a four hour window and Eric showed up within the first two hours of that. Communication was great, the end product was awesome, and I can't wait to drive with such a clear windshield again, Woot! Btw, at least a hundred cheaper then the first two, and don't drive at all within first two hours, and no car wash first two days! Be good all!
