I had an amazing experience with Uncle Henry's Auto Glass! They replaced my windshield today at an unbeatable price, and the whole process took only about 45 minutes. The technician was professional, skilled, and punctual, arriving exactly at our scheduled time. He was also very patient, even waiting while I ran to the ATM. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but it also came with a free warranty guaranteeing the installation, which gave me extra peace of mind. He truly stands behind his work! Henry fixed a small crack in my windshield (smaller than a dime) 2 months ago. Initially, he did a great job & was prompt to repair! Recently, we discovered it now looks exactly the same again. Called Henry to help us reach a solution. He did not want to help and stated that we should have known that the fill “might not have worked long term” & hung up on us. We were unaware that this would happen and are frustrated that we are out the money for a minor repair when we could have went to someone who could have actually fixed it correctly the first time, not a cheap fix. We asked for a refund or even a partial refund - no response. I would not recommend doing business with Henry.

He showed up on time he had good pricing but he refused to give me a warranty he said my receipt was my warranty! Lol for his workmanship but the receipt says nothing of that He was argumented at the end the workmanship looks good for now but let's see what happens. He refuses to give any written Warranty. Good business news with honey not vinager. I won't to business with him. Again. Your better off paying for a Waranty and better customer service. Professional, kind, good attitude, great price and communicated well. Excellent on the service end too, they didn’t rush. It was an old car and very broken windshield, and they got it out in one piece. They cleaned windshield area after glass came out, lots of dirt in and around windshield from car not being used for a long time. Then the new clean glass went in. No mess around car, and cleaned windshield again once it was officially in place, thank you! I appreciate Uncle Henry’s positive experience. Good price aside Henry went way above and beyond. He used a manual cutter to take out my wife's jeep windshield. He noticed some machine marks from one of the last times it was replaced and they used a power tool to cut the seal. Unfortunately the last company didn't address the cuts in the paint or point it out to us like Henry did. He primed and sealed another company's damage done to our vehicle. Really professional and he'll be the first one I call as well as recommend for all my auto glass needs. Thank you again!

Uncle Henry Autoglass is by far the best windshield replacement service I could ask for. He was incredibly communicative, on time, and thorough in the work he did replacing my windshield. Loved interacting with him and he was awesome at asking all the right questions and doing the right things (transferring stickers, etc.) and going above and beyond in caring for my vehicle. I highly recommend Uncle Henry he was very nice and professional. The price was very reasonable and affordable! He came out to fix our window with in a day after contacting him, I was able to go attend to my baby while he fixed the window and he locked up my car and left the receipt on the seat for me! When I went to take a look at the window I was absolutely satisfied with the work he did! Also loved his little dog he brought along with him. :)

Henry is an old-school tradesman providing excellent work at an affordable price. Not only the best of several quotes that I got, he returned my call the same day after business hours, worked with me on the most affordable replacement option, and showed up at my house the next morning to replace the broken rear slider in my truck in about an hour. My window got smashed on a weekend so I got a chance to really price compare and Uncle Henry was definitely the lowest estimate and I spoke to the Man when I called not some 3rd party or AI voice prompt ...anyway next business day he was out early and the repair was fast and looks great 👍...I definitely recommend Uncle Henry Autoglass to anyone that needs it
