Unfriendly and rude to customers. I would advise against going to the specific windshield company. I feel as though they took advantage of me as a young woman as they dismissed all my inquiries. A guy came to fix my windshield from his company. Left my car on all day and killed my battery which led to me having to call AAA (I was stranded). I inquired with the business to see what had happened to my car and the man I spoke to was very dismissive and told me that it was my fault. I explained to him that his technician left my car on for seven hours, and he simply told me that the reason my car died was due to my airbags? He told me he’d call me back after he spoke to the technician, never did. I was able to get my car on, I called back to let him know what the report on my battery came to. I explained that it was because my car was left on by the technician. He did not care at all and hung up without apologizing.

He did a sloppy job as the window molding that surrounds the front windshield doesn't fit, exposing the window channel. He also had the molding tucked under the cowl, in the gap between the windshield and the cowl body panel (i.e., along the bottom of the windshield). I had to "flip it up" out of the gap so that it laid over the cowl body panel, covering the gap between the windshield and the cowl body panel. Prior to doing that, my car whistled (very annoying) when I went over 50mph. He also used a lot of RTV and some of it was on the paint of my car around the window molding. I was able to wipe it off, so not a big deal. Since my car is old (2000) and not nice (240k miles), I don't care too much. But if you have something really nice, I would go elsewhere. They did not install the windshield correctly with the edge seal. I brought it back in the next day and the guy seemed irritated that I was bothering him, and tried saying it was supposed to be like that, with the edge seal sticking up. He did put some sealant cement to hold it down so it looked nicer, but that obviously wasn’t the correct fix since now it is leaking in the car wash and in rain. I just called to ask when it can be done properly to fix the leak, and he gave me attitude and hung up on me when I said it wasn’t convenient that they were closed early for the holiday weekend. My car windshield was in some serious need of replacement- I had numerous cracks, a couple over 6 inches. I knew with the winter coming up I needed to get it replaced, and I had been putting it off for months. I finally reached out to A+ auto glass. From the moment I reached out to A+ auto glass, they were super friendly and reasonable. They were able to help me run through my insurance for the windshield replacement and do it within 24 hours of my phone call. The replacement was done in a timely and professional manner, and my windshield has not looked this good since I bought my car. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of windshield replacement!

Highly recommend this autoglass company. Job well done! Some speedy service after contacting them on a Friday afternoon and my rear window was fixed by noon that next day. I got a hold of them after every autoglass company in my west metro area declined to fix my rear window after the major hail storm that swept through a couple weeks ago. They all claimed that the glass was unavailable. A+ went to the junk yard, found a rear window, came all the way to my place, installed it and charged me only a third of the price that Safelite was quoting. Better yet, was fixed the next day. I recently had the technician (sorry, I forgot his name) from A+ repair my windshield after a rock damaged it while I was driving on I-25 days prior. When I Initially went there, the technician didn't have the right windshield for my car, but was more than accommodating by coming to my house the next morning with the correct windshield. A+ is easy to get to: located in the same location as the Goodyear that's by Family Dollar near Buckley and Illif, and/or across the street from Old Chicago. I highly recommend them for their service and fair pricing. BK

I’ve come to this business before and referred other people. I like to support mom-and-pop businesses. Today I brought in a vehicle I just recently purchased that had a little rock mark on it. I didn’t want to use my insurance so I had the guy take a look. He inspected the vehicle and told me that someone had already repaired it. Many people would have tried to swindle me and get more money. I like people who have integrity and I will be back. Craig & Stan just came to my office yesterday and replaced the windshield on my 2018 Tacoma in about 30 minutes. These guys are professional and very good at their jobs. I gave them the VIN on my truck and they made sure to have the correct window when they showed up. Not only were they friendly and great at their jobs, they are also approved to re-install a new E-470 sticker on my window so I didn't miss a beat. The staff at A+ Auto Glass were friendly, flexible, and professional. My wife and I had two vehicles (crazy story, don't ask!) which needed back windows. A+ Auto Glass were very helpful and accommodating. In a rush to get the windows replaced, we contacted multiple auto glass companies; A+ had the first and best response, and were the least expensive out of the companies we contacted. We would have worked with them even if they had not had the best price because of the 'user friendly' sense they had about them.

Chose A+ because of the reviews. Very friendly and professional. During the replacement the new windshield cracked. Craig asked if I could come back the next day. I explained to him that I had a family outing planned around 9. He ordered a new one and asked if I could be there at 7. The shop doesn't even open till 9. He and his co worker (didn't get his name) got me going in less than an hour. I would recommend A+ to anyone looking to get fast and friendly service and a job done right.
