This is a family owned shop run by Joe and his brother. I must say of my 37 yrs owning cars and getting glass repairs I would rate this place #1! For the price, the service and the professionalism you can't go wrong! I've been here multiple times including getting my front windshield and passenger window repaired. The front windshield was $120 and no other store in all of LA county could match that price! They are super responsive and quick to get the repairs done. No BS! (Being a female in the car repair industry can mean that you get taken advantage of however this place has never taken advantage of me or exploited me for extra costs.) When getting my passenger side done I was super excited to hear that they had a used window available for me for $70! Like the windshield that was super cheap this passenger was also cheap and again no other store in LA county could match that price! The used window saved me so much money and they installed it in 20 minutes, can you believe that! The only complaint I would say is that they don't offer full mechanic repairs, because if they did I would go here for all my car needs for sure! I needed help with my windshield on my 96 civic, water would leak when it rained or when I washed my car. Many years ago I had my windshield replaced at a different place and with time, slowly I saw it leak water in a little by little and I never put any thought into (my mistake). Anyway, I went to an auto body shop and there was bad rust and told me it would cost me thousands to restore where the windshield is placed. This was out of the question. I did my research and found this place. Right away I was attended to (I went when they opened because someone said it gets busy) it sure is busy! After I got there, many other clients arrived. I went with my two young daughters so I am glad I went early. Anyway, one of the guys that did my windshield showed me the bad rust but didn't seem to phase him, he said he would seal it for me and showed me how it looked. I was very pleased with his work. He was very nice, everyone there was very nice. Please tip these guys well, they do a very good job. Plus their work is guaranteed!!!

These guys replaced the window motors of 2 different cars, (Caddy & a Bmw) several years apart and did us right with the replacement motors, explaining how the repair needed to be done and about how long it would take. They were right about their predictions almost to the minute, plus they include a service guarantee that I didn't need to use for the Caddy before we sold it. Nor for the Bmw since they repaired it several years ago. Interestingly there were people ahead of us in the queue both times who tried to beat down their estimated prices and were welcomed to take their business to wherever their "close-to-free" rates were at and they waved the next customers in for service. Everything we watched them repair worked perfectly, and any delays were because they needed to find the parts needed at the parts room in the dismantling office. Worth it. Found this place through a referral and by luck. Just in time because my truck's window had a deep divot that wasn't able to be filled in with resin. I spoke with a wonderful lady named Francis and she gave me an unbelievable quote for, not only my windshield, but my wife's windshield. The only request was to call them a day beforehand to make sure the window was in stock (which it was). The process was quick and easy. I got to the place about 830am and i was out by 925am. And I sat and watched the process. Def recommend this place for the no nonsense and straight forward windshield replacement and direct pricing.

Cheap Price Auto Glass was the third place I called to get my rear window replaced as two other 'mobile repair' companies stood me up in a ridiculously unprofessional manner! Not only was Khalid's price 20% lower, but he was able to accommodate me the same day! From the time I put in the service request to the time he had confirmed my appointment, ordered the glass, sent a text with a time to arrive, and had the glass expertly fitted... was about 2 hours total! About a year ago a small rock hit the corner of my windshield and the little crack little by little grew to take up more than half the windshield. I didn't want to do it through my insurance because they were trying to charge me my $500 deductible and I knew my rates would go up as well. Had I known this place was so close to me I would have came here the day after and even if it wasn't I would have made the drive out. Really friendly people I was in and out of there in less than half an hour. If you're having any car glass issues that need resolving, look no further.

Very respectful, I called in advanced to check price, etc. Francis was very helpful and ordered the glass once I stated I would like to come in the next day, she stated what time the windshield would be in by. I called just to verify the windshield arrived before going over, she stated they have it. When I arrived, they got right to work, I didn't need to wait long for it. These guys are definitely my go to for any window needs. Just moved to the Harbor Area & while moving shattered my back window. Bone head move, I know. Called that cheesy company you always see the ads for and they wanted a crazy amount. Called Low Price 5 mins after it shattered and told me they had it in stock. I pull up and get me into the bay right away & 30 mins later I’m on the road. Not only quick & efficient. Very nice group of people working there and can’t beat the price.

Called in the morning for a windshield replacement and was quoted $325 when Safelite wanted $1000+. They ordered the windshield and said it would arrive at 11:00. When I arrived it was just a short wait before I was able to pull in to their shop. They got right to work and in about 15 minutes I was out of there. Great work, very nice folks, and super efficient even with a constant flow of customers and never ending work. 10/10 would go again.
