This is a long overdue review but, like they always say, better late than never. Auto Renu Auto Glass serviced our 2015 BMW X5 about 6 mos ago last years summer. The business owner & technician, Robert, did a great great job in completing replacing our damaged windshield. And I must say I give more than 5 stars for the service Robert provided. I can describe him as very professional technician and takes pride in the work he do. Just want to share a story about what transpired. Robert was able to accommodate my service request on such short notice. My car got hit by a flying rock one early morning, did a good crack on the windshield & just thought of calling in somebody to have is check & repair it the soonest. Robert was able to accommodate and was able to come past noon that day. He checked the chip on windshield and recommended replacing it with a new one instead of just repairing the crack, which I totally agree. He offered if I wanted an aftermarket or an original BMW Windshield. I to told him that I would prefer an original BMW Windshield. However, due to his limitations, I have to personally purchase it directly at the nearby dealership to which I don't see any issue with that. He suggested that he can pick it up next day at the dealership & bring back to my house & do the replacement. I mentioned that I really wanted the job be done the soonest that day and without hesitation, he replied that since his schedule isn't that full that day, he agreed to accompany me to the nearby BMW dealership. So we both drove to the nearby BMW dealership and I paid to purchased a new original BMW windshield. Robert carefully hauled it to his truck and went back to my house & finished up to complete the repair. So if this experience will not convince you to choose Robert for your windshield repair, I don't know what else. I'm sure the windshield repair company with popular ad on TV with a catchy tagline won't even come close to the 5-STAR ABOVE & BEYOND WITH EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM SERVICE that Robert provided. Again, Robert, my apology for my late online review. I mentioned I promise to make one but, I don't really do this often. Thank you again for the excellent service you provided.
