It was one thing that it was more expensive than I was quoted to fix my drivers side window, but they seemingly did not repair it correctly last month because now my whole drivers side door is having issues- window doesn’t work again among other things. I have been trying to get them back out to help me since Monday 2/24/25, they told me the tech Zaki would call me either later that day or the following, with no word back after several days, by Thursday 2/27 I got frustrated and looked through my call log to call the tech, Zaki, himself who told me he could stop by between other appointments when he answered. However, after several hours with no word back I sent a follow up text and he said he would have to get back to me today 2/28/2025. So I sent a check-in text just after 8 am, with no reply by 11:30 am I send a follow up text and now Zaki says it will have to be Monday... If they do the right thing and look at my window I’ll update this review but if they keep putting me off for new customers and don’t help me… I’ll update either way.. just sucks because I already paid them several hundred dollars and I’m getting brushed off for new business.
