Don't do it. If you value your time and sanity DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. My insurance works directly with them and had an appointment schedule and confirmed and the TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP, spoke with the manager and I guess they couldn't track his location, he then tried to made it sound like I was the one who wasn't here when I literally took a day off from work to get this fix lol 🤣. Horrible service, even if your insurance works with these clowns 🤡 you have other options just ask. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and a pathetic excuse of a "business".

Safelite was the recommended glass company, through my insurance, to use for my front shield replacement. I said ok. I chose for Safelite to install in my driveway. The scheduling was great. The tech showed up on time and was professional. The windshield was installed (he forgot to reconnect the windshield sprayer hose..no big) swiped my credit card for my deductible and off he went. This was on a Monday. 5 days later I get a call on a Saturday with a female stating that I need to pay the deductible by days end, call this number or else you will be going to collections. I call the number to sort it out. No answer. All day no answer. Monday all day no answer. So instead of calling me and asking if I paid and maybe...just maybe...the connection was bad and the card did not go thru, we could run it again. But nope, YOURE GOING TO COLLECTIONS. 5 days pass and the company feels that the best path is to accuse someone else, the customer, that they are not paying their bills. Not that the techs handheld scanner never transmitted the card number. Very unprofessional and terrible follow up.

Bad customer service experience with Safelite North Wilson way Stockton. Insurance scheduled a Saturday appointment and i came on time. Initial greeting is "1st of all you are supposed to park in the parking area. 2nd of all we do not do service cars that have external accessories ( refering to ditch lights connected to the hood)". 1st of all i did not parked. I went down my truck to ask where i need to park. 2nd of all, nobody told me or instructed me to remove anything before heading to the shop. I drove 30 mins to get to thw shop and It seems that the Lead tech guy RJ was not in the mood to work on a Saturday and giving all excuses to refuse rendering service. He did not even offer any suggestion or solution. I ask for his name and left the shop. Not worth my time and money. Called 1-800 number and they politely offerred a discount for the inconvinience. I would rather have the dealership fix it if they can. Definitley going to call their corporate office on Monday to complain regarding my experience.

Driver was very courteous. Called first thing in the morning to let me know I will be stop number two and that he would call again once he finished with his first stop. I got the text message he was done. He wasn’t gonna stop for lunch. I think it was 1130 and that he would come over and do it first and then go to lunch after. So I was appreciative of that so I wasn’t sitting around waiting. Driver was very friendly. Told me everything he was gonna do. My van is a 97 that’s from the coast so it had some surface rust. He was a little concerned, but then got his tools out and buffed it out and said it was fine. Installed it an hour and a half later he said he was leaving. I will definitely use them again.

Had my Tesla model 3 windshield replaced 2 years ago by safelite at this location. Received the car back with the windshield making whistling and rattling noises and the seat controller on the passenger side was torn off. I returned to let them know and they tried fixing both. Recently had to replace my windshield again and decided to go to low price auto glass instead because of the bad experience with safelite last time and the tech at low price said whoever replaced my windshield last time overall did a very poor job. Not only were there screws missing but the defroster was never plugged back and there were a lot of gaps.

Prompt attention, and prompt quality service. Izaiah did a great, neat, clean, and professional job. I was received by wonderful girl that I believe is the assistant manager. She answered most of my questions related to the windshield replacement such as warranty, issues after the job was done like possible leaks. Michael (Mike), I believe is the Manager's name. He was very friendly as well the most of SafeLite team. I was very please observing Safelite team working in harmony helping each other like family.

There was a small chip here and it's practically gone now! Can't even see it in photos now. Appointment is highly recommended as they work through insurance and the service takes roughly 45min-within a day depending on the size of the damage. Honestly the customer service is enough to bring me back here if it happens again, any issues that arise are easily fixed when at the location as opposed to on a call 10/10! Best to also call to confirm before appointment in case of a part delay, etc.

After a terrible experience with a different place I decided to go with a well known chain. These guys were incredibly respectful and listened to my concerns. They verified that I was in fact correct that the previous installation was done incorrectly. Angel went above and beyond to help out. And the first point of contact was kind and friendly. I didn't catch his name. Thank you for saving me. From the gall who I spoke to on the phone to service is just what I needed. Thank you so much.

Isaiah was professional, excellent customer service and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained the process before and precautions I had to take after he was done to assure the adhesive curing. When I got home I texted him with a question and he returned my text and addressed my concern to my satisfaction. He told me if I had any questions or concerns to give him a call. Calibrated all my safety sensors in my windshield. Highly recommend.

Safelite autoglass was affordable and did an amazing job in my car. Sometime we think that because they're big companies they will charge more than any other place. Safelite's price was the best price I found. I looked at other places and reviews, and sefelite's was the most affordable. They technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and the place was clean and very professional. I will recommend them to anybody who needs a windshield replacement.
