I really appreciate the way A-1 handled my broken window so easily. I was given the option to keep my car at their place on Sunday but I had a garage to park in so it was OK but that was really nice of them to offer to keep my car safe for the night, even when they were ordinarily closed. Next, the service was done really quickly. After I dropped it off, it was only a few hours before I get a call that the window was replaced and all the extra broken glass was vacuumed up and gone too. I payed in the office and Fred helped me in professional manner throughout the service and payment. That professionalism made me feel like the boss even though they were doing the work. I really appreciate the professionalism in a time since my window was busted love my car and I need it fixed right. The window is back on the electronic track and works fine and everything. Fred's encouragement really made me feel like I was off to the big leagues first thing after it was fixed. If that's regular business this is your day to day go-to garage in time of need.. You'll be back in action in no time at A-1 Auto glass. Thanks guys.

Driving our daughter down to ASU in Tempe, Arizona from Washington state, our F150 was robbed at the IHOP on I-5 in Stockton @ 10a.m. A broken rear side window was smashed and my daughters back pack was gone. A-1 Auto Glass was the first number that pulled up on my I phone. Fred the owner answered the call and supplied and installed a new window in less than an hour @ a GREAT price. With supply chain issues everywhere, it was UNBELIEVABLE that A-1 Glass had the exact replacement in stock and prompt installation. Fred help save the day and off to Tempe we proceeded. When I called to ask about the price I was quoted a price that was cheaper than Safelite. This was a good start. When he asked if I had a rain sensor I started laughing and so did he. It turns out that Fred the owner has a great sense of humor and enjoys interacting with his customers. He had me laughing a number of times about a number of things. When I told him I'd bring it to him he said bring it today. I was there around 12 instead of the 2 pm I thought I'd be there. He said it would take about two hours. When I said I had no place to go he offer to share lunch he was getting for his guys. Pizza. Not only is he funny, he's the real deal as far as business owners go. He cares, plain and simple. Though this review is a bit late it's because of how I was treated that I wanted to make sure I write a review for this company. About a month ago an incident occurred and I stopped by this location. From the moment I arrived the gentlemen (which I believe was the owner) was kind, courteous, respectful, basically the whole works. He was very understanding and I appreciated how he treated me and handled the situation. Overall I had a wonderful and speedy experience. I would most definitely recommend this company above all others. Price wise is not bad at all in fact this place beats other prices. Check this place first before you try any other place, trust me you won't regret it.

I've only had to come here twice within 10 years for two different cars. One was for the front window to be replaced the other was for an unknown problem. I have got the same great, friendliness service both times. My most recent problem with my car was it kept fogging up and would smell like mildew and the front windshield would fill up with water. I called and he Fred was super nice and prompt. I took it in the same day and he found what was wrong, fixed it on the spot and I was able to pick up my car the same day at a really good price. He called and let me know the situation before hand and what it would cost. Very professional, will be back here for future window business.

Absolutely outstanding service! my rear driver side window had been shattered overnight while parked outside of my home, and I was in a hurry to get to work. I had contacted my insurance company who is partnered with one of the big auto glass repair companies who wanted to charge me $390 to replace it. I reached out to A-1 and got a response right away with a far better deal, $200 less than what the big company quoted me! a few moments after the phone call I received a text from Fernando the installer, he was very polite and showed up VERY quickly! he got the job done in about 45 minutes and did a fantastic job I couldn't be happier! these guys were absolutely A+ in my books!

I had a really good experience with the owner and the guys that worked their. Really compassionate, patient and honest. I went there fully expecting my ins to pay what I was told they would, to find out they would not amd suddenly had a.500 bill in my hands and I am a full time student , full time mom, and full time low income individual. So I can't even remember the last time I had a spare 500 to spend on anything. PAleaasss. Fact of the matter,.the owner was really humorous and lightened my heart. Helped me breathe through my.anxiety and think clearly of what my solutions could be. Anyways. I will be going back to this shop in the future.should the need call.

Love, Love, Love this place. I have a 2000 Dodge caravan and the window regulator on the driver side door went out and the window fell inside of the door. I was panicking because I could not leave the car in front of my house all night with the window down because of the area I live in. I called these guys and the owner gave me a great price to secure the window until I can order the part for my vehicle because as we all know money is tight right now. The owner was very nice and friendly. The workers do great work. The work was completed on my van very quickly. This is my go-to guy for any window or glass repair for your vehicle. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism, integrity and expertise of A-1 Auto Glass in Stockton! I bought a used car and discovered that the seal around my windshield was flapping in the wind and making a very loud noise. Other auto glass repair businesses wanted to replace my whole windshield, charging quite a bit, when there was nothing wrong with the glass itself. This place glued and trimmed the seal and it's perfectly fine now, and charged only $75 for the service. They went the extra mile and fixed my side mirror button for free. I found myself in an emergency situation recently and was hundreds of miles from home. A rock was thrown through my windshield by somebody walking down a highway while traveling with my family. After a quick Google search, I called A-1 and received caring customer service and was told that the part was in stock. The owner got me in and out quickly so i could get back on the road despite it being a busy day. He showed care and compassion for my situation and a reasonable price on the windshield.
