Beach Auto Glass

So i went here last thursday to get my driver side window repaired and they did fix it the window just needed new plastic clips that hold the glass together with the window regulator. The real probelm I have with this business is that i discovered some damage on the door sill area and on the exterior also but when i went back to tell them about it the manager went missing and his phone was turned off which was suspicious. The next day i called the manager in charge and told him about the damage he said “i dont know what you are talking about” he then told me to email the pictures of damage but never replied back to me so i will be updating this review after i contact my insurance company if i dont hear back from the business. The guy fixing my window was also very careless leaving tools on top of my car and walking too close to my car with tools in his hands i complained to him and he just said “im sorry”. All the damage in the pictures i will post here are recent new damage caused by the employee at beach auto glass not old damage. So i got a reply from the owner and they state i never mentioned damage when i was there that is because i didnt notice it right away and when i got home i tried removing it first but was not able to remove the damaged areas and immediately went back. Also you mentioned the manager traveled out of state but why would you leave your employee by himself at 4pm during the week with customers at the shop? Its sad a business cant accept responsibility for their own actions and the customers are left to deal with the consequences and i have experienced this many times in my life, i am an honest person and i would never lie or cheat on someone to gain something from it.ServicesAuto power window repair

CUSTOMER BEWARE! After getting my windshield replaced the wiper arms were not installed properly as seen by the first picture. The driver’s side wiper needs to be above the passenger’s side and they were not calibrated properly. This caused the wipers to collide, warp and break as shown in the pictures. I went back and spoke to an employee, he told me they had nothing to do with it and if there was a problem I could get it fixed by a mechanic and they would pay. I took the car to a mechanic, he said the bolts for the wiper arms need to be calibrated before reinstallation and got it fixed for $50. I took the receipt back to Beach Auto Glass and Todd (alleged owner) refused to reimburse me. He never wanted to resolve the issue amicably, used profanity towards me and refused to take any responsibility. I stayed calm and tried to talk things out but he clearly did not. It’s a real shame for me to post this. If you still choose to do business here please make sure you check all the components of the windshield and your wipers.

Guy has a smile at all times😁= during installation... very hard not to smile back at him but he is is kind. And he will definitely work with you as long as you our polite. Indian I end up paying $195 for my rear 2005 Sienna minivan with labor and all. And that was after shopping around and game outrageous prices from $325- $450.🤮. Sam even charge a disposal fee for for something I already had cleaned up even if it's for one grain of glass. Which is very outrageous. Highly recommend very satisfied customer.

First time using Beach Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and ill continue to come back. Their quote beat all other windshield replacement shops nearby and he had it ready to install the very next morning. Comfortable and relaxing waiting room with free refreshments while you wait. Window was broken at 530am. I left a message on google at that time, and they responded very quickly. They had the glass in stock right away, and were able to fit me in at 1pm the Same Day. Fast and Friendly service. They even cleaned up all the broken glass for me. I went here this past Saturday to get my window molding replaced as it was deteriorating. The guys here charged a fair price and went above and beyond what they were originally going to do to make sure it was going to come out great. They did this and still charged me what they originally quoted me. Super friendly guys here and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any glass work done.

This place was awesome!! The man that was replacing my windshield was super nice. He has a little open room for his guests to wait in and gave us complimentary drinks, of our choice! I guess trash day for him was the same day I came and he even gave COLD water bottles (yes multiple) to the trash driver. Definitely recommend anyone needing any glass replacements for their cars.

11 out of 10. I REALLY recommend this place to anyone who needs a windshield repair/replacement. The pricing is better than other shops. The man is very nice and polite. He did an amazing job to a front windshield replacement I asked for. I would come back here if I ever need repairing or new glass again.

Super friendly service! Replaced my power window regulator on my F150 while I waited. 45 minutes and I was back on the road. MORE than reasonable price for the repair. I was so impressed with the price and service, I tipped him. I would go back again and recommend them to my friends.

The tech they sent didn’t speak English. 45 minutes later I go check on him and the window is not aligned with the door. So I call and they say they will get a new one tomorrow. The next day I do not hear anything from them. The good thing is the problem basically fixed itself.
