I cannot thank Andrey and his team enough for their excellent service. A rock hit my windshield en route to Tahoe a couple of months ago, and I've been trying to get it replaced through Safelite. I first set up at home service, but the Safelite tech didn't have the right part and advised that I go to the shop. In the next 4-5 weeks, I showed up to Safelite two times: on the first appointment, the tech said they needed to order my part (still); then, on the second appointment, the office told me the part arrived broken. I felt extremely upset and, while rescheduling a fourth appointment with Safelite, decided to look other options. Super Auto Glass was closeby. After asking for a quote, they immediate responded and I got same-day at-home service. I was shocked since Safelite said my car needed ADAS calibration, which can only be done at the shop. Office location closed, not updated, Google won't accept update even with a door picture showing another business title. Didn't answer calls but texted me back after an hour, I took pictures and explained size and distance from edge, Ty kept saying this tiny chip already had resin even though the chip is microscopic in the picture because it is tiny, and nobody has ever worked on this windshield since I've owned it for 22k miles. I purchased at 18k and it was spotless. I have a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, it has the camera sensors and extra whatever, so I highly doubt such a large area was resined to where a rock would chip the exact same spot, and often replacement windshields for cars with sensors have to be purchased from dealership. Don't know why this guy didn't want to work on it, so I'll just go elsewhere - no need to waste more time with it.

Someone yesterday took had the courtesy to break my window to make sure I hadn't forgot anything valuable in my car. Luckily for me, it was a very unique window for my 2021 Volvo XC40. Fortunately, John on the other side of the phone from Super Auto Glass got me taken care of immediately upon calling them this morning. He sent over Andrey and another expert helper to my driveway and they had my car back to pre-window-smash status in less than 30 minutes and at a fair rate. Thank you! First Class. After a pebble hit my windshield I called my go to guy, Lou at Sunset 76 on Noriega SF, and was told without any hesitation that this was the best place to go to fix a windshield. And it was! Call and make an appointment, use Google maps to find the “offices“ which are behind the buildings at 61 Airport. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care and gracious guys. I had the front windshield replaced. They came to my home, on time. The actual price was a little lower than what they quoted me on the phone. They had me send a picture of the windshield (had a couple of sensors) as they were giving me the quote to ensure it was accurate. Called around 930AM, on a Monday no less and they were to my house by about 2. The man doing the installation was fast, friendly and fixed one other small thing on my car (unrelated to the glass) that he saw me working on and failing at. All good!

Amazing company with amazing employees. Next day appointment was scheduled right away, no hassle at all while talking over the phone. Mobile Windshield technician was able to find me right away and had perfect communication. Felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Skip the hassle at other places and go directly to Super Auto Glass, will not disappoint.

Got the passenger window on my Civic replaced here. The service was all around excellent. The person who replaced my window was mute, but that didn't stop him from being very friendly. He had my car cleaned and the new window installed in less than 40 min. It was more expensive than safelite, but Super Auto Glass was able to get me in before the holiday.

I just have to say it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. They scheduled me the next day and my windshield was repaired within 20min and it looks awesome! The staff is personable and professional, it was a great way to start my morning! Will definitely be back if I have another mishap and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I can't really speak to the quality of the work, as I never got past the incredibly rude person who answered the phone. She didn't say the name of the company when I called, and then gave me one word answers. You're selling things to me...sorry to put you out by asking you questions.
