Arrived prior to my appointment and was taken care of promptly. Front desk staff educated me on the process and provided great customer service. Tech approached me so that I can show him my crack on my windshield. He provided me with details of process, what to expect after post work, and allowed me to ask questions after he educated me. Once again, staff showed great reflection of great customer service. During my wait is was able to waiting in their waiting area. They had access to coffee and restrooms. Still on CDC orders, face masks where in effect. I love that they are military friendly and was able to obtain a discount through SheeriD. Luis was the man and was excellent with my overall experience with him being a great staff on their team and my things easy.
