I recently had the pleasure of working with the rockstar team at West Coast Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. Let me tell you, these people are the real deal! Their professionalism and expertise were off the charts throughout the entire process. Not only did they work with my insurance (AAA) to make everything super smooth, but they also helped me achieve significant cost savings by utilizing my deductible of only $100. (Fun fact: if you use your insurance your rates DO NOT go up on comprehensive claims!!!) And talk about speed demons! Tom come to our home and had the job done in a lightning-fast 15 minutes. I mean, that's faster than my morning coffee Huge shoutout to Tom and the whole crew at West Coast Auto Glass for making my experience fast, fabulous, and downright fantastic. If you're in need of auto glass repairs or replacements, these are the folks you want on your team. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The office staff was amazing and very helpful... And we set up an appointment to have my vehicle repared. Tom came out and fixed it. The job he did was incredible. The price was the best price that I got from the 5 different quotes that I had received. So I went with them because they were a local company. And if I ever needed any glass repair done or if I knew of anybody I would definitely tell them to use West Coast auto glass repair... Tom is very professional sent me a text saying I'm here to fix your vehicle. And when he was finished hey, let me know and let the quote in my vehicle. It'd be the best choice you ever made to use this company or to refer this company for any of your glass needs. I gave them 5 stars. But in all reality I think they're really 10 Stars for sure.

The entire team was so kind, professional, informative and responsive. A rock hit my windshield while driving and my insurance company scheduled the repair with a different company. After reading negative reviews on that other company, I wanted to change companies. My boyfriend found West Coast Auto Glass and it had stellar reviews. They were so kind from the initial phone call, to scheduling the service/install, to the actual installation. Tom was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. He was also efficient! I recommend West Coast Auto Glass wholeheartedly. The fact that they come to you is amazing. My new windshield is like new, and the calibration Tom did was spot on.

I recently used West Coast Auto Glass services to have a windshield replaced. During a recent heavy rainstorm, I found water leaking in my car. Tom did an additional review of the windshield replacement to confirm that it was not the glass leaking. Tom went above and beyond to identify the leak (finding the issue was completely unrelated to the work he performed on the windshield) and fix the issue for me. He even took time to vacuum the water out for me. The kindness of Tom and the staff was very much appreciated, going above and beyond to help me in a time of need. I’ll be using their services for any and all auto glass work. Top notch customer service and great people!

Highly recommend West Coast Auto Glass! I inquired about repairing a chipped windshield and promptly received a response. Communication was phenomenal, repair was performed efficiently and professionally! What impressed me the most was that Tom took the time to speak and look into a window repair for a neighbor's truck. Tom was under no obligation to stop and speak to this neighbor but he did and I found it to be extremely kind and considerate. Love to see companies like West Coast Auto Glass succeed!

West Coast Auto Glass was efficient and prompt in setting up the appointment to replace my cracked windshield. The company came to my place of employment to do the work, which allowed me to keep my regular schedule. They were knowledgeable and utilized clear communication. The windshield was installed in about an hour and everything was in great shape. The new windshield is great to have and their service was a great support. I would highly recommend West Coast Auto Glass.

Very good service experience getting my car windshield replaced. Kim does a great job with scheduling and logistics. And Tom, the owner, did a great job replacing the windshield. Tom is very courteous with good manners. It takes only 30 minutes for the glue to dry and the windshield becomes safe to drive. After the windshield replacement and the sensors calibration, I was able to drive my car. The job was well done and it was a great smooth experience. Higly recommended.

No one loves having to get a new part for their car especially paying for something like a windshield, but West Coast is easy to book with, and made the entire process seamless. They worked with me around my schedule, showed up when they said they would, were absolutely professional but friendly and transparent with showing the process. They definitely take pride in their work and I will never go anywhere else!! Oh yeah, the window looks better than ever.

I was really nervous on the cost and scheduling etc when I had a cracked windshield. When I called West Coast Auto Glass I immediately felt better. They were quick to give me a cost and get me scheduled. It was an awesome experience very reasonable and it also just felt really honest and personable. They even texted me before my appointment offering an earlier time if needed which was awesome due to my hectic schedule. Thanks again.

Really happy with the work and every I dealt. Tom came to my house to replace the windshield. I ended up having a pet emergency so couldn’t be there, but everyone was great at dealing with me changing my plans. And it was so nice to come home to a new beautiful windshield! And the total price came in under what they quoted me for. Couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to all.
