Premium Auto Glass & Smog Check

Okay I don't give five star reviews lightly BUT, Premium Auto Glass rocks, plain and simple. Last week some jerk a-hole busted out one of the windows of my car and the only people that were there at 8:30 p.m. were these guys and they had the window for my car on order and in the shop by the next morning. The quote they gave me was exactly what it cost and I needed a smog check so I told him to go ahead with that too. They were done so fast I couldn't stand it-my head was spinning. I was so happy and over the moon with this, despite the fact that the incident happened in the first place, but I'll deal with that a different time (evil laugh...haha!). Bottom line is you know that I love local businesses as opposed to conglomerates and I think everyone needs to frequent places like this who are honest and fast and they're not going to break your pocketbook. Thank you guys really it was A+++ dealing with you!!!

Victor is a thief my wife took the car for broken window he put the wrong window and because the window didn’t go up He told my wife window motor stop working when window brakes like that which I found very disturbing he offer my wife to fix it saying it was going to be more then a thousand dollars plus labor I started to dig in to the problem removing door cover And I found he cut the motor cables I came to his shop to confront him and he started changing the story making a bunch of lies at the end I fix the window and motor myself Be carful lady’s he is very dishonest he brakes things and he offer to fix them He’s shop is a good place for those who likes suits bring your car set him up caught him and suit him

Great experience and service. I found out about this company through seeing their company van in a parking lot and was hesitant due to lack of reviews. I had an appointment with another company (who wouldn't be able to fit me in for another 2 weeks) but decided to take a chance and get a quote. On the way back to Santa Rosa from the Bay Area I discovered the passenger side quarter window of my 2021 BMWx1 smashed. After performing a Google search I found this company. I called and a gentleman named Victor answered right away, I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the lack of reviews, but I must say Victor was professional and assured me that replacement will be available for install the next day. I broke the passenger cargo door window on our Mercedes Sprinter van yesterday. Thanks to Victor and his Dad on the great professional work. My Honda Odyssey windshield had a crack and the frame around it was broken. I took my car to the shop on Sunday while they had a barbecue in the yard and they were very welcoming and checked my windshield and they asked me to bring it back on Monday.
