After having a BAD!!! experience with another company, I found Vasquez Auto Glass on Google search they came over a couple hours later and fixed our 2022 Honda that was vandalized from the back window. I have to say that when we look for professional people to do work it's not that easy, but I can definitely say that Victor Vasquez and his assistant are professional honest folks that do quality work... Can't say the same for the other company that kept me waiting for a week and then when they came out they could not do the work because they didn't have the parts and it was going to take another month to two months to get parts & fix, so I wouldn't call Safelite not at all the headache that you would want to deal with LOL.. Call Victor of Vasquez Auto Glass they will take care of you like they took care of us. Sincerely Victor Hugo

Victor did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I called many companies, but he had the best deal. He came to my house and replaced the windshield in just an hour. The next day, I noticed a small scratch on the windshield. It was very minor and not very noticeable. I contacted Victor, and he replied the same day, saying he would come check it. After inspecting the scratch, he told me it was a factory defect and that he would replace the windshield. The following week, he came back and replaced it again. I offered him extra money, but he refused to take it and told me it's not my fault. I felt bad because he went above and beyond. He is incredibly honest and reasonable—it's rare to find people like him these days. I'm truly grateful to him for replacing my windshield twice. I am very happy. Thank you, Victor.

I had a shattered trunk/ceiling glass, and a lot of shops were telling me they either couldn't do it, or it would take a while to get the work done. After researching and calling other companies, I was able to find Vasquez Auto Glass. I sent them a picture of the damage in the morning, and they were able to drive out to me and replace it by lunch time. They even fixed another related part of the car for a small fee. Their price was much lower than other online quotes as well. Super nice and professional guys. Vasquez Auto Glass replaced the windshield in our Mini Cooper within a day of the initial call. Flawless work, super careful and the pricing was the best in the SCV. Showed up on time, kept a clean work environment, and finished the job within 1 hour. The rain sensor did require recalibration at the dealership (didn't know we had to do that until after the fact), an extra necessary expense with newer cars that have sensors on the windshield like cameras. My windshield got cracked on the freeway and I found this business on Google. Victor answered the call and we scheduled the next morning. Victor's brother made an effort to come early in the morning since I told Victor I need to use my car. He did a fast and professional job! My car was broken into and the passenger window was shattered. Victor was very friendly, arrived fast, and got the job done.
