Had windshield replaced on a 2024 tesla model 3 highland. I called around and pretty much nobody had the part in stock since the car was relatively new after the redesign. Dealer wanted $$$$ to replace it and they outsource to other shops anyway. Safelite had it in stock but was very close in price to the dealer. Tesla customer service is awful anyway. All inquiries are directed through an automated system and they really DGAF about you. OC Auto glass had it in stock and was about 40% less than what the dealership charged. They used an aftermarket glass by XYG which as far as I can tell looks and performs the same. I don't see any distortion and the acoustic glass sounds the same. I came the next day after confirming the vin and model and I was in an out within an hour. They did a great job and I'm glad I took a chance, even though those Tesla fanboys think that you need to buy OEM parts (you don't).

When we returned, they were just finishing up the repairs. To my pleasant surprise, they informed me that my windshield actually had two cracks, which they repaired at no additional charge. I called a few places for a front windshield replacement, including the guys in the Red and Black company you see on TV all the time. The average quote was just shy of $350 after tax. Then I came across this place during a quick google search. After waiting on hold for a little bit I finally got my quote which came out a bit over $125 out the door! Needless to say I drove right over there, the whole process took about an hour then I was back on the road again. They even gave me a lifetime warranty against leaks. If it leaks when the rain comes back they will repair as needed to seal it up, covered under the warranty. In the end I saved a bit over $200 coming here, service was quick and came with warranty against leakage. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Long, overdue review. But came in to fix my windshield and they did it perfectly. Made a last-minute appointment and needed the earliest time available. They let me know to just show up as they open on Saturday morning and they'll take me, no problem. As I arrived, they had some hiccup and had to open a little later, so some people were already waiting. No problem. I waited in their waiting room, which is a bit small. I was just hoping they would update me as to how long it would take. It was a while until I had to ask for an estimated time of completion. It wasn't until then that they called me 10 min after that they were done. They were friendly though. Overall though, they did a great job for a very price. I'd recommend it.

I don't even give 5 star reviews unless it's well deserved. I broke my brother's 2012 prius C back windshield yesterday and needed a new one installed asap for a good price before my brother got home. I called a lot of places and got some crazy high offers. This place gave me the best deal, and the workers were 1000% professional and finished the job in an hour. The owner of the repair shop was extremely nice and welcoming. I promised him a good review because I was very nervous since it was my brother's car, but this place really ended up impressing me. I even saw them working on a Tesla. Highly recommend, great customer satisfaction!! 👍

I got my windshield replaced here. The price was very reasonable and included labor. Installation was quick, about an hour. The downside was the customer service. We had to wait because the staff at the reception kept answering phone calls and ignored people in line. They didn’t explain the cost, but at least they charged the same as the phone quote. I’m happy with the price and the work, but the service needs improvement. I’d return for the good price, but they should treat walk-in customers better.

I was looking for an affordable place to get my glass replaced due to a rock creating multiple cracks in the windshield. Amazingly Nick was able to get us a replacement with a good price and they were able to get it done in an hour! Most places were saying 2-3 hours. So I was very pleased with how fast they got it done. Amazing customer service as well. I was very impressed and happy with their work! Will 100 percent be coming back in the future! I went here to replace my windshield on my 02 Tacoma. I shopped around and these guys were 150 bucks less than some quotes I received.!!!!!! most prices were between 200$ to over 300$ they did mine for 150$.. My Nissan Rouge needed a windshield and They only charged me 190 plus tax. I drive from Mission Viejo to Santa Ana any time I need auto glass. They are fast ,friendly and the job comes out perfect. Don't waste your time looking around like I did
