1 Low Price Auto Glass

I called and got a quote for windshield replacement from Sam, who says he's the manager of this business. I agreed to the price and got an appointment the next day. When I arrived, Sam took my VIN # into the office and said he thought it was different model of Mini than what I had told him. He said the windshield for my model would be a lot more. I was clear that I had given the right information about my year/make/model and I had other quotes that were more competitive than his new price. He requested me to work with him on the price because there was a misunderstanding. I thought that's fair and we agreed on a price higher than what I was quoted the previous day. He takes the car into the shop and tells me it'll be an hour. So I head out to be back accordingly. I get a call after 30 minutes and Sam says they found a broken 'cowl' upon inspection and they will not work on it till I return and see the broken part. So I head back to the shop. He shows me the part that's right between the windshield and hood broken. I opened the hood a few days ago and didn't see any thing broken. So I ask if they broke it while trying to replace the windshield. Then Sam started pointing to other things that were damaged in the car. Since that had nothing to do with the windshield, I asked him to cut the nonsense and get to the point. He accused me of lying the previous day of my make/model. Then I lost it. I had called 6 different shops and got competitive quotes. Sam either didn't pay attention to what I told him on the phone or gave me a low quote to reel me in. But accusing me of lying was totally unwarranted and unprofessional. Sadly, it ended with both parties hurling profanities. He sent me texts an hour later threatening me that he has recorded my details and has video footage. I haven't experienced anything so abysmal at any business all my life. I recently had one of my car windows broken during an attempted burglary. My insurance company referred me to a well known window replacement company. They told me they could not get my window for a couple of days and service my car for 5 days but I could bring my car in and they would tape up my window to protect my car until then. There was a storm coming and the closest location that could do this more me was 45 min away. I called the dealer that sold me my car and they said it would take 2 days to get my window and would cost me $400-$600. I decided to call Low Price Auto Glass to see if they could tape up my window. The owner told me I did not need to tape it up and that he could get my replacement window in within 2 hours and install it that day. They also quoted me less than the well-known company and far less than the dealer. In the end I had my car window replaced within 3 hours from making the call and it was done well. I was so happy to have it fixed before the storm hit. I also was able to visit with the family that owned the business while I waited and they were are very friendly. I would highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass to everyone!

I never write reviews, this may be my first one. I’d give 10 stars to 1 Low Price Auto Glass and operator Sam if I could. Great service, great prices, very honest, don’t take your car anywhere else! A month ago my windshield got a huge crack down the middle, I’m not even sure how. It was a pain but I called a few places. Sam gave me an estimate via email, I called to schedule and it was super easy. Came in, car ready in 40 minutes, price as discussed, in and out. Friday I’m driving on the highway and a rock hits my windshield and cracks it. I’d never had to my windshield repaired in my life before a month ago, now it chips again three weeks after I had it replaced. I call Sam, he tells me to bring it in, don’t wait. I show up in the morning, he is busy, looks at the windshield, asks for my keys, 30 minutes later it’s fixed no charge. It wasn’t his fault it cracked again but he stands behind his work. Hopefully I have no more windshield issues but if I do I know where to go. Thank you so much Sam, you made my week!

This js a hard to write review b/c the owner is super nice and help me deal with insurance. But we really believe he broke my latch for the trunk on accident. He denied it and there no way to prove it. That being said when we were unhappy with our glass he did get a better one. So he has a good heart and i dont believe he means bad. But paying for a new latch lost me a day and 350.00 to repair Business owner stated the batterie Died.. but they admitted leaving the light on during the repair process. Of course the battery would die. Told owner to learn his lesson and turn off lights during repairs for now on.. Owner claim car is old. ... If the battery is dead how come my battery now dead now. if its truly a bad battery than I would need to replace it. once again the trunk wouldnt open so you guys use extra force which inadvertently BREAKINGthe latch... due to you guys draining the battery this a factual review. this is exactly the experience,

I requested quotes for a windshield replacement through Yelp. They offered one of the lowest quotes and had great reviews. I called to make an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They started right away. The waiting area is a well-appointed, exceptionally clean office with comfortable couches and strong WiFi. The surrounding industrial/business park feels safe and calm, and their workshop is spotless and well-organized. They completed the replacement in about an hour and gave clear instructions for the next 24 hours to ensure the windshield and sealant properly cure. The new windshield works flawlessly. I’ll definitely return if I ever need another replacement. While waiting, I overheard the technician quoting someone for glass replacement and built-in camera calibration, and he later explained to me that newer cars with cameras may require recalibration once the new windshield is installed. He offers this service at reasonable rates.

I can't even put into words how great this company is. I inquired the other night about my cracked windshield that happened during my road trip over the weekend. He was able to squeeze me in + the most competitive prices in the area. I inquired through Yelp to get various quotes from other businesses and 1Low price Auto glass was BY FAR the most inexpensive. While they are fairly priced the workman ship and quality is not cheap, probably if the highest quality offered. I was in and out in under two hours. The owner was so polite and answered all my questions prior to bringing it in. I feel grateful to support a small business that puts in amazing work. I will come back for any issues that may arise. If you're looking for a windshield replacement this is your place! I have a 2022 Toyota Corolla and spent $550 total. Other places (even small businesses) quoted me starting at $750+. Thank you!

Excellent Service! I requested a quote via website and got a response via email very promptly with a price quote including labor/tax/etc at a very reasonable price! They were able to get my car in the same day and repair it in less than an hour. When I got the bill no surprise or additional fees I paid exactly what they quoted, I love that! Also, my car window was smashed in and I planned on getting the glass cleaned out after the repair but they did it for me! I couldn’t believe they cleaned the broken glass out of car without charging me extra and without me asking! It really made my day to receive such excellent service. When I had my window smashed, Low Price Auto Glass got me in much sooner than others I called. They quoted a very reasonable price and only needed a couple of hours to do the work. I mentioned that I get rain water in my door at times after I replaced my side mirror; I asked them to look into it since they would have the door apart. They found the problem and only charged me a little more to seal it up. They called me and kept me informed when the first piece of glass ended up having some scratches under the label, which they found after they installed it. They ordered a new piece and swapped it out quickly. I highly recommend this place for their great service, honesty and reasonable pricing.

I was getting ready to return my leased car 2018 Lexus to the dealership, but it had a broken windshield. The dealer gave me an outrageous estimate. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended going thru their preferred shop. I contacted Sam the owner and he was very thorough about my windshield requirement. We set up an appointment for the following day. I took it in the next morning and it was ready before noon. This shop did a superb job. Great Service!! I called Friday (yesterday) afternoon and they had morning and afternoon appointments available the next day on a Saturday. I got there about 5 minutes early today and pulled around back and the guy waved me into the shop.. About a half hour or so later i had a brand new windshield in my '05 Honda Odyssey, for only $165 out tge door... and to my surprise as i got in my van to leave, they had vacuumed my carpet and cleaned my floor mats that were all filthy from leaves and debri falling through my sunroof and the water and leaves that i was tracking in from the rain.. Great Service with no b.s., and a courtesy vacuum without even mentioning it. +++++
