Paid extra to have weekend service and tech was friendly, but did a terrible job. The window was basically taped in place and glass fell down. There’s a ton of glass inside the door and we ended up having to go to dealer. They said whoever did it, did a terrible job. We tried to have the tech come back to fix and he wouldn’t return calls or messages. Finally got a hold of a rep, he said he would call me back to have someone come back, then never called back or responded. Now having to work with our credit card company for a refund. Would not recommend!

These guys were an absolute blessing. I called over the 4th of July weekend and spoke to Rafael. He was thorough in asking questions in order to check the inventory for the correct window panel. It was not in stock that day so he told me he would follow up with me on Monday, which he did - and the price quote was less than some of the others I had called. The order came in a couple of days later and I had my window installed before the week was through, good as new. Thank you for the excellent service.

They were friendly, professional, quick and thorough. They were over $100 less than other shops I tried and came WAY faster. I would use them again.

Asad was a great communicator and went above and beyond to help us source a very hard-to-find rear quarter panel glass for a 2003 car and he even organized the purchase from a salvage yard in the East Bay!
