Our windshield got cracked as we were changing out the windshield wiper. Husband called multiple places including the one with the TV ad and catchy jingle. We decided on Premium Auto Glass Solution due to the awesome Yelp and Google reviews. Not only did we get an extremely competitive quote, it was super convenient that Julio came to our destination (Foster City) for entire windshield replacement on the SAME DAY. Julio confirmed that windshield was calibrated to factory specs. So believe the 5 star reviews, folks! They know what they are doing and they are affordable and honest.

This is an update: Nobody likes to have a cracked windshield and I had been putting it off as long as I could, but there comes a point when you just can't kick the can down the road, either for safety, aesthetics and annoyance. When that point came, I went back to one of the vendors from a past job because I truly enjoyed their service, efficient, professional and all business in the highest form. Julio came at the appointed time and he went right to work, everything up to snuff. I just have the highest praise for this operation and I also feel that for their service, they are reasonably priced and have my highest trust. Give these folks a chance, it's a great operation. My previous review: I could not have been more pleased with these folks. These guys come to you. Abel arrived on time and as soon as he arrived, he just got right to work and he was on a mission. He got the job done within the allotted time and he did it all with good cheer, expedience and expertise. He was very conscientious about working on the Jeep, making sure he took precautions to respect the interior. As he was finishing up replacing the window, a coworker of his, Julio showed up from another job and he helped Abel finish up whatever was left to do, which made the progress a lot faster with them working in tandem. I am more than satisfied with their work ethic, job quality and respect for the customer. They were very polite people. When everything was all said and done, the window was clean, roll up & down working properly and the entire car was vacuumed. Car window smashed on Saturday. I called Julio and he gave me the lowest quote. He had to order the window for my car, so I thought it would take half a week. Instead it turns out he could fill me in first thing Monday morning. And also he would come to my home for free. He showed up early and told me he would finish within the hour. I barely had time to make yogurt because he finished in like 20 minutes. He even vacuumed all of the broken glass, as well as the rest of my car just to be nice. My car was broken into overnight. In the morning I found the driver's side front window completely smashed into a million pieces of glass that covered every square inch of the interior. I had no idea who to call but found Premium Auto Glass in Yelp, as well as a couple others nearby. Premium called back quickly and took all the information (make, model, VIN) and they located a replacement window (even though other dealers told me it would be weeks to get the part from overseas). The next day, Premium showed up and within an hour had the window completely repaired AND they vacuumed the interior 100%. Very pleased with Premium Auto Glass Solution! I was driving on the freeway when a rock suddenly cracked my windshield. Luckily, I was able to connect with David at Premium Auto Glass who offered same day service. Big shout out to Abel who did the repair! He arrived earlier than expected and did a great job. Even though there was a slight hiccup during the service, Abel remained professional and attentive to the issue. Thanks to Julio and his associate for fitting me in to have my window replaced due to a car break in. On Saturday 3/27/21, I was walking out of the Emeryville parking garage. I found my car broken into but nothing was taken because I leave nothing in my car. I reached put to several places for a quote and Premium Auto Glass Solution was the lowest by far. I am very pleased with the service from Premium Auto Glass. My car window was smashed and life is sort of hold until you can get a new window. Very stressful. Julio answered his phone at 7:00 am and gave me a quote and a time to have the repair done. He arrived early then discovered he had the wrong glass. He apologized and immediately got another one ordered. He said he ordered it from two places just in case there was a problem with one. Then he came back at the time promised. They worked quickly and did a great job. The window is great. All the bits of broken glass are gone and the car is clean. I hope I never have to call him again but if my window gets smashed again, I'll be calling Julio.

This past week, my car window was smashed, my purse stolen, and Julio came to my rescue. Because I park my car on the street (do not have a garage) I needed the window fixed that day and as soon as possible. After calling around to places that would not fix the glass same day, I spoke with Julio, who arranged to meet me within the next hour. He showed up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently, even in the middle of a downpour of rain.
