Cheap prices, surprisingly fast service, and good communication over the phone, but mediocre results. Maybe if I'd gone when it was less busy they would have spent more time and done a better job on my car's 3 smashed windows. There's still broken glass hidden inside the door panels that makes a crunching sound every time I close the doors. They forgot to reconnect a door light, and they cracked a small plastic trim piece that frames the door handle. They seem like good people. I think if I'd gone back they'd have tried to make it right, but I was afraid they'd damage something else and I just wanted to be done with it. I've removed my door panels a couple times to repair a window motor. I'm no expert -- it took me a lot longer than when they did it -- but I remembered to reconnect all the wires and I didn't damage anything. Been here twice now, different cars. They always have the cheapest price, they do amazing work, and I never have to worry about anything after installation. My first service was for a driver side window. The work on Hwy 50 saw a rock shatter it. Took very little time to replace, and it was installed perfectly. No rattling shaking, freezing when using the window etc. Second was most recent with a windshield. Brand new car, sound proofed windshield with all sorts of driver assistant features. Got the quote, they calibrated as well as normal installation. They did an amazing job. No creaks, no noise from the A pillars or anything. Anytime I've had work done, especially at safelight. There's always been problems. This place is amazing, and I've already reccomended many a person to them. And they've all been satisfied as well. Try them out! You won't regret it.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Complete waste of time. Do NOT recommend. I called and was asked/specified multiple times what vehicle it was, and double checked with them that the correct windshield was actually in stock. Made an appointment, took work off, drove an hour to get there, and sat there waiting… Just for them to tell me that they actually don’t have the windshield for my car… That one would have to be ordered, that it would cost nearly $100 more than what I was originally told, and that I’d have to come back another day. Complete waste of time. Do not go here.

These guys are nice and patient. I have my windshield replaced but when I drove back home I noticed a tiny scratch within my "newly replaced" windshield so I called them first thing in the morning. I was not gonna argue with them anyway since they replaced it quick and it was only a few hundred bucks. But they took it seriously and have my car back to the shop to check. I would not recommend service. Made call at 12:42 pm to have someone come out and service car. I was informed they had 3 cars ahead of me. At 4:00 had not heard anything so I followed up with a phone call was told they were working on last car and was on the way out. It's now 6:07pm they are closed and no follow up phone calls from them. Wow what a way to handle customers. Will be reporting to consumer affairs. I recommend this company not be used if you want your window repaired on day of call.

By phone I was quoted a price based on what I requested. When I arrived was told the price was different than the one previously quoted,I agreed to the new price ( installed) however when paying I was charged $50.00 extra for “2.0 fast cure urethane dam primer” which is the sealant use. So needless to say “ Low price auto glass “ charged me extra $50.00. They should quote prices for a complete job, not nickel and dime the consumer midway or at completion of the job.

Fast, professional service and very inexpensive - half the price of those big-name auto glass companies. They replaced my broken window without me even having to be there - I was able to get a mobile installation appointment within two hours of my call and my husband signed for everything while I was at work. They even vacuumed up the broken glass I had missed under the driver's seat and floor mats. I can't recommend them enough!

Best prices in Sacramento for your front windshield. Showed up was greated immediately by Bassam whom was very professional. Took roughly an hour from start to finish. Father and son shop was very organized and efficient. They made sure their customers were comfortable while waiting for their vehicles to be completed. I highly recommend.
