October 13...I came here today to have my windshield fixed. Originally a couple weeks ago..I had my windshield replaced at tigris. They not only gave me the wrong size windshield...it was so poorly put in...air was coming through as I drove on the freeway. I brought my car this morning to Capital auto glass...and they were so wonderfully...not only could they not fix it...the entire windshield had to be replaced... The nice guy showed me how the gap was so big...it was the wrong size windshield...therefore it had to be replaced. I was not going back to Tigris...no way. So the man showed me the windshield and how it already has the rubber around it...already...I was amazed... How could Tigris mess my windshield up so bad then...see the pics. Every step of the way...Capital auto glass walked me through it...even when they took off my windshield...they showed me the rubber and how some parts were flat and other parts were mounds...it was absolutely horrible. I was so grateful for their kindness and the quality work they did. They even fix windows that don't roll up...side windows. Please if your deciding between capital auto glass and Tigris .. All you have to do is look at my pictures and read all the negative reviews of Tigris...they are true. The staff here were very kind and patient...and they took the time to show me and explain everything...it was awesome. If they are a little more...I bet they would price match to gain your business...you won't be disappointed.

This establishment is PHENOMENAL! Let me start by saying " Same Day Service and Part Availability" Everyone else I called had to order the glass for my Volvo..this shop had it in stock! Ms Reagan who answered my initial call made it so easy for me- she found out I had windshield replacement coverage and told me to come on down she knew exactly what to do and would take care of me! She was right the staff were so friendly and comical from the front desk to the repair guys they had a sense of humor and kept me smiling the entire time. I have to give a special thank you to Kelly who went over and above her knowledge of the insurance business and follow-up was great. She made me aware of other benefits I was not aware of (Lord knows I pay enough for insurance and should take advantage of all of my perks). She and Leticia followed up with the insurance company for several days..even after their work was complete. They even got me set up with a tinting company to get my car back to its original condition and followed up to ensure they were in contact with me! Talk about end to end service and one stop service! I could go on but time to get back to work. THANK YOU CAPITAL AUTO GLASS!! You are now locked into my phone and memory I will refer everyone I know to you!

High quality job for a low price. I called a competitor, Cascade Auto Glass, for a quote and they wanted to charge me almost $300 to replace the windshield of my 2013 Corolla. They had a Groupon available for $100 off so it would have been about $200. Capital did it for $177 and had me in and out in less than an hour. The front desk staff was also very kind. The only reason I’m giving three stars and not five was because almost none of the employees were wearing masks which at this point in time is rather unacceptable. At one point, the guy who had me sign paperwork was within inches of me, maskless. My mom has stage four lung cancer which means I am unable to see her when people around me aren’t being considerate and careful. The lack of consideration of this guy and whoever runs this establishment to not enforce something as simple as wearing masks is, in my personal opinion, irresponsible and selfish at best.

Pretty frustrated with my experience. They quoted me about $280 for my windshield replacement and I booked an appt. I dropped my car off at the appt time and about an hour later I got a call telling me they had ordered the wrong windshield. They told me the correct windshield would be $40 more than the original quote, and it'd take another 2 hours. Not sure why it took them an entire hour to figure this out in the first place. I told them I couldn't wait that long and would have to come back another time. They asked how soon I needed it and I said within the hour. They said ok they would make it work. I came back to their shop to wait for it. They did not honor the hour window, going over it by another 40 minutes. So I spent $330 and nearly an extra 2 hours. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because they were very friendly and easy to book with.

Had been looking around for a glass replacement for my vehicle. Of course called a few places and this place had it available and affordable at a good price. Called and made an appointment, when I showed up it took a while before getting checked in as the receptionist were busy on the phone taking calls. I would imagine they would help the instore customers first, but anywho just my thought. The waiting room is pretty large and has AC, not bad if you choose to wait in shop. Although, I must say you have to be alert because I almost got skipped by other people that had came in after me, I had to tell the owner and receptionist like " hey i was here before that vehicle" . They corrected the issue but if I hadn't noticed I'd probably be there longer than I should. Otherwise it's a pretty decent shop.

I took my 2005 Toyota Sequoia there after a CHP VIN Inspection concluded that the windshield was not the correct one for this model because the VIN plate was not visible on the drivers side dash. After much research Kelly told me that there was only one glass made for this model and even wrote this on my receipt so I could show the CHP officer should he consider failing the inspection again. I thought that was very considerate of her to provide me as a customer reassurance and that they had my back. After they installed the new windshield they said that the problem was that whomever had installed the previous one did not position it correctly and that's why the VIN had been covered up, leading to a failed inspection. Problem solved! I will gladly go back to them. Good job.

Been taking my cars here since I could drove. I've gone to other shops and paid slightly less for crappies service and lower grade glass. These guys are the real deal. Quality, friendly service, with prices that compete. I've taken many cars and trucks here for windshield and window repairs and recommend them to everyone. Don't be fooled by cheaper prices at smaller shops that cut corners to get the job done. Do yourself a favor and let capital handle your auto glass troubles. Front window was cracked and the rear window had tint stuck on it that would ruin my rear defroster to completely remove so they threw me a fire deal to do both at the same time, much love to ALL of the staff.

Their price was reasonable. I had an appointment scheduled. However they took around 1 hour and 30 minutes. I informed the front desk that my key car was already lose so they gotta be careful if they turn the car on. Very unprofessional!!! When I got the key back it was broke in two pieces and missing a button. I told the front desk and one person responded “it should be inside the car”. So they think it’s OK to brake and damage your personal items and just give you the pieces back!!! No even an apology about what happened when they even saw my key at beginning was fine. Everything was going ok until this happened. After my visit with them it took me $165 to replace my key on the same day. No coming back to this place.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Capital Auto Glass for their outstanding service. I was in an unfortunate situation and couldn’t afford the prices everyone else was quoting to replace my rear window. Not only they did they have the cheapest price, they were able to order my window and repair it much faster than everyone else was estimating. They were empathetic to my situation, and even went as far as to help my close the sliding door to my van that I couldn’t get closed. They went above and beyond what they needed to and inspected / explained other parts that weren’t working on my van, which I knew but didn’t know why until they told me. I’m so grateful for them!

Professionals know when to hire professionals. I go here because they'll get the job done at an affordable price. I've been here before without a hitch. This time around, I needed a window motor replacement for my vehicle. Halfway through the job, the guy tells me the door panel brackets are broken. I now need a new door panel. I didn't argue and just paid. I highly doubt "ALL" the brackets were broken when I drove it in. There's no way to prove either way. Just make sure your door panel's nice and tight before you decide to take it here. Or they'll say it was already like that. A professional would've told me it was loose and the possibility of it being broken before taking it off. BEWARE!!👎👎 UNPROFESSIONAL
