Shoddy workmanship, take your business elsewhere. I got my drivers window replaced here, they had same day availability and pricing in the range of the other quotes I got. The replacement took only 30-45 minutes. When I got the car back, the glass was making a loud sound as it shut. It was also shifting side to side irregularly when rolling up. I found this immediately when I got the car while it was still in the lot. I talked to the gentleman that handed over my car; he brushed it off as a possibly window regulator issue that may have happened when the glass broke. When I got home I took off the door panel and found the issue. They used a wrong size bolt to secure the glass (pictured). The bolt got stuck, and was not secured all the way. This allowed the glass to shift on the regular bracket and make the sound. This is something the repair person either knew or should have known. There are only two bolts, so he either lost or dropped one of the old ones or ??. Removing the wrong bolt took me much longer than the what it would have took just doing the whole job myself. While working on this, I also found they used painter tape to adhere the water shield plastic back (pictured). This was also disappointing/shotty. I sealed everything back with some $4 silicone from Home Depot. I went back to the shop with my findings. They did not offer my any partial refunds or credits. They did offer to fix the work, but I had already done that and I don’t trust them to touch my car again. If you do decide to use this shop, I also attached a picture of the terms and conditions on the BACK of the invoice they ask you to sign before you pick up your car. This seems underhanded as these terms are not shared before the work or called out before signing. I suggest you inspect your car before signing or paying anything. I had some low life amateurs smash the rear vent window of my car only to find out they couldnt steal a thing but All i have to say is after calling every single auto glass repair shop in the sacramento area and beyond as far as rocklin and getting quotes from 390-260 the guys at Absolute Auto Glass were the only ones who were able to get my specific rear vent window replaced for my 2002 bmw 530i THE SAME DAY for the LOWEST PRICE of 180! They even went ahead and added matching tint for a reasonable price as well. I am beyond satified with the work that was done and i felt these guys were at least honest when it came to getting the glass i needed brand new and not telling me the best option was a used peice and or that there was absolutely no one in sacramento who carried that piece at the moment. All in all they found it had it delivered and installed all in the same day i called at 11am they set me up for a schedule at 130 and i was out by 230 just in time to get back to work! I highly recommend anyone who is trying to get same day service quality work at a fraction of the price these guys really made my day and if i ever have the same issue ill definitely come back 100% satisfied customer all the way!

I had my front passenger window replaced after being burglarized by some lunatic recently. The staff was kind but the work that was done to my car was incredibly sloppy and damaging. The replaced window looks good, but they broke the speaker on my door,threw all of the stuff in my back seats everywhere and got dirt on my cushions. I called in immediately after I noticed my broken speaker and they didn't take responsibility for it; they said that I could drive back in and they could look at it, never stating it would be free or that they were sorry about the damage. This week I had an unfortunate incident where my car's window was smashed. I work full time and needed assistance with repairing it but was having difficulty because all the other repair places I called did not permit customers to leave their cars at the repair garage the night prior to the actual repair. I called Absolute Auto Glass and they were so kind and accommodating. They were able to allow me to leave my car in the garage the night before and fixed the window the next day. It was a quick turnaround, affordable, and high quality job. I feel so grateful for this business and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Absolute Auto Glass, you're awesome.

After having a "highly" rated mobile glass service come to my home to replace the glass who left glass everywhere and inside the door I sent him packing and contacted Absolute Auto glass. The level of professionalism was so far beyond the mobile service it could not compare. They set a time and did a great job cleaning and fixing what the other guy did. Then to top it all of Absolute Auto glass did a better job on time and for less! Some idiot smashed my car's window to steal my briefcase full of papers, lunch box, and my hidden ipod (at 24-hour fitness on Micron in Rancho Cordova- this happens a lot there). I called 2 places the next morning. Hayes brothers quoted me $500 for that afternoon. Absolute Auto Glass (just down the street from me) called me back- I hadn't left a message, just tried them twice- and said they could fix it for $200 and had an appointment in 2 hours. I took it in, they were done within an hour and even cleaned up the multiple pieces of glass that was still in the car.

I came to the shop with my mom to get a quote to fix my windshield which had cracked in two places. They gave me a quote and offered to fix the windshield same day! I also had another appointment to go later in the day and was on a bit of a time crunch. They let me know they could finish repairs in 45 minutes, but instead finished within 20 minutes! Affordable prices and friendly customer service! Great instructions for aftercare with the repairs too. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for their services in the future!

Great service! Replaced my windshield for a good cost, and they would have done it same day if they had my windshield in stock. But they got it quick the next day and it was done in 45min. New windshield looks great, they even wiped my other windows clean so I could see better since I wasn't able to get a carwash while I had the huge crack, so thank you! Would recommend for fast and friendly service!

These guys were great. Got me right in after I called (answered the first time!) and did a really great job on my 20-year-old Cherokee that other shops might not want. And the price for a new windshield was MUCH lower than the other quotes I got. In and out in about 45 minutes. Extremely courteous workers. My whole family have been taking our vehicles religiously to them. They are fast and very straightforward as well as very affordable prices! I always take all my friends to get their windows replaced here. Just went to them recently on Nov 8th and they did it quicker then what they said the wait time was going to be despite all the work they had lined up 🤠
